Worst service department!! My front bumper and left headlight were broken and I came here through my insurance company. They took a whole 1 month to just fix the front part which was not a big deal… usually takes 2 weeks to just remove and install a front bumper along with the headlights. It’s been 2 months now since they repaired it. Now the headlights blown out bcuz they have used 3rd grade and very bad quality parts or headlights and not the OEM parts.
I would suggest everyone not to visit this place if you want it repaired and not worry again within next few weeks.
More importantly, when you go there and ask them how long it’s gonna take, they start arguing with you. No good when you spending that much money and time.

Anyone who knows me knows I place a very high value on face to face customer service as I find this kind of service is absent with most companies these days. Don Mor was the exception, they were exceptional starting with the receptionist greeting to Cheryl providing interim support and information until Alex could arrive for the estimate. They provided excellent detailed information how the whole process from preparing estimates, to communications with the insurance company, to all the steps in the repair process. I was very impressed by the regular text/email updates I received to keep me informed as the repair stages progressed. In the end, the area I feared the most did not materialize. The paint match was again exceptional. I would encourage anyone in need of vehicle repair to use Don Mor, you will not be disappointed....

Had an amazing experience with staff working at Carstar London Centre (Don Mor)
Specially Alex helping out and listening to the customer and understanding the issue.
Alex you are gem to the firm and also special thanks to all the technicians working on my car with the front reception area (sorry forgot the name) thank you very much for accommodating my requests and following up with my insurance company to get all things sorted out.
