I never had bad experience in this ymca branch. I learned how to swim with my step-father and my mom when I was young, it's one of my impactful moment in life. Now sometimes I go there just to swim or play squash, I never had problems there. You can workout too but you need to book for squash court, but most time they have free spaces.

There are a lot of reason why I rated this. Programs are no always available every time I tried to register for dry programs it was full.Today I called to the manager to ask a favour. She is not helpful. I asked to stop the membership while I was able to go in person and pay for the amount that I owe. We were no no longer using it and she said that she will not stop the membership until I pay the total amount and extra fees. It means that they will charge every two weeks despite I don't want to continue with the membership and despite I don't have money to pay for it.

I was registered with you for a second-level training certificate through the British Academy for Personal Training located in the Emirates. The latter has been closed and I did not receive my certificate. I had a final exam to obtain the certificate and I paid $1,600 and I did not obtain the certificate and my money was not refunded. Good equipment and good area since it’s right beside my school but Juan has to be one of the worst employee experiences ever. Was gonna help me renew my membership, but after a minute of talking gets distracted by 5 other people, and proceeds to help them instead of me. Fire this man immediately

I don’t think they have enough staff. I went after work and had to wait 20-25 minutes at the front desk. The worker let someone blatantly cut in front of me and then helped them and the entire group they were with before me.
