I'm already a customer and came in to buy another esim card for my husband to switch over and the rep refused to sell me the SIM because I didn't have the phone with me that was going to be activated. I even explained I live an hour away from the store and just wanted to activate when I get home and he still refused to sell it to me. Thankfully the kiosk WOW was nice and sold me what I needed.
