The lady in a client service is very rude. I just wanted account summary for my visa extend she told me to wait for my manager I said I am running late for my class if she can just stamp.She is like I am doing you a favor talking to manager and they dont do stamp.Just few days back I got an stamp for one my work and now they can't. What these kind of people do in a bank then if they cannot help their client. Its so ridiculous.

Worst bank ever. I am closing my account at this bank after being treated like a theif. Tellers know nothing. Managers are untrained and have no idea what there doing. It doesn't deserve one star. Don't bank here

Can not get access to the ATM on weekends or in the evening. They want people to use the one on Oxford St. That is a long walk.Due to the limited hours at the ATM, I am looking for another back.

Very rude and borderline incompetent staff. The new hire being trained (an African with a beard) had serious attitude tossing my cards on the counter, the old woman training him was worse. I highly do not recommend this branch as they're slow and rude.

Unfriendly staff. They didn’t answer my questions about international transfers. Plus, the ATM machines are not open on weekends.

ZERO stars is too much.Absolutely unbelievable how poorly a company can treat a customer, however, we are talking about a CDN Bank!!The manager, Erin Simmons, just a common slag, began my experience with the caveat that she is only filling in for someone, and that was the high point!A complete lack of effort and understanding that ended with her telling me they don't want my business. Just a series of 'wow moments' that could not be justified.

Very unfriendly staff, every time I come in they make me feel like I’m bothering them. A lot of them lack knowledge as well. After the most recent experience actually considering to start using a different bank even though I was a loyal customer for 6 years.

It's crazy that I can't use the bank machine here on a Saturday at 1:30 in the afternoon the city wants to revie downtown yet you can't use a bank machine anywhere

Don't like the fact that I had to drive my wife across town to use the CIBC bank machine because the ones at City Plaza is always closed because the mall can't control their homeless. Because Trudeau is always doing power grabs.
