I bought a hot dog and a bunch of other things and assumed all was good after paying
As I walk away the guy behind counter yells at me, and states that he forgot to charge me for the hotdog ( which was CLEARLY in my hand. Upon him yelling out it threw me off so I dropped the hotdog
I told him that's ridiculous I should not have to pay for this now... Or if I do pay I should get another one because of his forgetting to charge me aka doing his job .... So I took it on the chin after he was very rude to me. I also decided to turn a negative into a positive and pay for the young kids who were behind me in line . As someone who worked in customer service I wouldn't even think to act this way

My total came to $7.60. I gave the female cashier $10.60. Only took my $10 bill and not the change. Gave me $2.40 when I should’ve gotten $3 back. Do better

The customer service at this store has severally gone downhill. I have lived beside this store for 14 years. The people who owned the Macs, used to give my daughter treats when we came in. The guy who took over when circle K purchased it, eventually started doing the same as he got to know us. Now the new people who are in the store think it's OK to accuse my daughter of steeling and kicking her out of the store just because she came in twice. She was wearing skin tight jeans and a crop top, there was nowhere on her she could even stick anything that wouldn't be noticeable. Amazing how the times have changed. Now you may ask, maybe this is a parent that's in denial about their child, however she came home right away and told me what happened and we went back to the store so she could get what she wanted to buy while I got the managers phone number.

Their slushie machines are constantly down the past few visits with anywhere from less than 5 flavours to none working at all. If you want a slushie don’t bother going here. You’ll most likely be disappointed.

NEVER buy a giftcard from here, if I could do 0 out of 5 stars I would. I have been to this store since it was Mac's and all the goodwill the store had even changing owners is out the window after today.
Their system doesn't seem to work well for giftcards, I got charged for the giftcard but for some reason the giftcard itself was declined. They have no way to issue a refund to you directly if it was purchased via card so now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company and use my time to rectify a mistake on their end somewhere.

Pay attention to what they are charging you. They overcharge at cash compared to the obvious sticker prices on the shelves. Won't be going there again.

Added a $10 item that i did not have. Cashier tried to dispose of receipt immediately. Got a refund after complaint. Will not shop here again.

I had bought some cupcakes from this location that turned out to be stale, the team went above and beyond to correct things. Their level of customer service is excellent, and their team members are so kind!

Don't cash in lottery tickets at this location. Took in 6 winning scratch but only got prizes for five. Lost a $10 winner. It wasn't on the receipt and I couldn't prove I gave it to him as I counted them before I went in. Will never go back there again. There is a store just down the street and they are the so nice and honest, not a circle k store. That's my new go to store.

Was just there. Store is filthy. Stale bread. Smells like rotten milk. Cash machines not working. Staff rude. Long line. Never experienced anything like this. Been going to that store since a child. Disgusting. I went to shoppers drug mart instead. I will not go there again. I will go out of my way to avoid this store. Very disappointing.

My son went there today to buy a $200.00 prepaid apple gift card the store person said it was active. My son came home to try it and it's not activated. He called the store still has his receipt and they said sorry there's nothing we can do. They pretty much stole 200.00 from my son. So angry! This store steals from people. Never spending another dime in that store! So disgusted! Grr!
