Went into to buy a lighter and he asked for my ID even though I showed him by law I’m not required to show you are you gunna go against the law he continues and says I can’t sell you it due to circle K when I asked for a manager he said he was the assistant manager… god help u

cashier told 2 of my friends they need to leave just because we look young.. (we’re all over 20 years old). i understand policies for theft prevention, but you can’t just assume people are thieves. we left and didn’t buy a thing as he made us extremely uncomfortable and why would i wanna give any of my money to them? go to this store if you wanna be discriminated against for looking young.

I walked in with my friends at 11:45 and the cashier said only three people are allowed in the store at a time and we waited 10 minutes in the cold weather and when we walked in the guy said that Polar Pop is not available after 12am and it wasn’t even 12 and the people before us walked out with Polar Pop drinks and knocked the cup off my hand and it was an unpleasant experience

Apparently there is a new practice of the staff at this store asking kids to empty their pockets and take off clothing to show that they aren’t stealing.If you have a problem with theft, hire on more staff, install security cameras or limit the amount of people in your store.Asking children to remove their clothing and empty their pockets unacceptable.You have no right.

Best Circle K. All kinds of food that looks good. Pizza looks and smells good. Milkshake machine. Froster machine is always working and has amazing flavors. Store is very clean and very well stocked. Kids and I go out of our way........for this Circle K!

The store is very clean and organized and is one of the biggest, brightest convince stores around. They have everything from pizza to ready to go meals. I suggest this store to anybody who wants an ice-cold slushies popsicle or pop, or even a pizza to go. It is worth noting that the pizza is not the best, and the Dominos just down the street in the same plaza might be a better choice.

This location is my favorite! The manger is really nice and provides amazing customer service. I live far but I come to this location just because of the staff and customer service I receive.

I was just at this location and had a terrible experience to the point where I will avoid Circle K for many years to come. Horriable customer service, being a convince store I have very very low expectations for the level of customer service I’m going to receive. It’s amazing that this cashier was able to make such a simple transaction so frustrating and showed zero effort or care in trying to resolve it.All these marketing dollars are spent to acquire me as a customer and it worked, and then the cashier completely sours the Circle K brand for you and me.We have so many options for convince stores these days, I would recommend driving a kilometer or two in any direction for better experience.I generally try to avoid leaving negative reviews because of the impact it can have on a business, it’s hard enough running a business these days and $h1t happens sometimes.

Clean and organized store. Staff were very friendly and helped me look for a product that they ultimately did not have on stock.It is a traditional variety store that will take care of all you needs.Lots of parking in the plaza lot.#localguides

I was surprised by how rude and confrontational the man behind the counter was to me and my family (older guy, stocky build, short hair). I’m not sure if the ownership changed - I always used to see a very nice woman working there but she wasn’t in this time.You’ve lost my family’s business going forward and I’ll be sure to tell all our friends in Byron to go elsewhere too.
