The City Plaza has a best location to avoid the snow in London. It has covered parking lot with free parking for 2 hours, but a parking slip has to be taken from the library. This place hosts library, bank and other small businesses, public library bookstore, and a few commercial stores and services. It has very well maintained and somewhat clean and extremely empty and nice. Excellent service and prices for phones, many phones bought here. Safe, with actual shops and a gorgeous place to study.
