Was charged delivery and promised to get a credit for $7 and an email, I never received, called back to get Paul who was very rude, I will not be shopping columbia again very unhappy customer as they lied to me several times and he didn’t care

Worst experience! Never received my order. Worst customer service and do not care or keep note if their customer received order or not. Ordered a month ago and still don’t know where my order is. Never going to shop here!

I bought a jacket (along with 300 cad worth products) from Premium Outlet Mall Columbia store. They did not take off the magnet from one of my jackets.I went nearby sportschek and husdon bay (which reportedly have columbia outlet within) with the reciept. Literally was treated as thoef despite the reciept and asked us to go back outlet mall to take the magnet off. I contacted customer service agent online. Same thing. I told them I don't have a car and you are asking me to spend 100 cad back and forth on transport to take off a magnet from a 89 cad jacket? They said yes. Aparently only the store has purchase record. Hard to believe a giant franchise does not have an universal purchase record that could be accessed by their own people. I asked if i can return it as a whole to any of their shop and get a return. No, I have to go to the outlet mall. Sportchek employee gave a nudge you might get a discount if you go there. Really???? For may be a 20 dollar discount on a 89 cad jacket you want me to arrange a 100 cad transport and give it back just because YOU made a mistake. I don't know if Ontario has a working consumer complaint, regardless I wil file one. Also they don't even have a email to reach out to their authority!Update: I later noticed that under the magnet there was some blue ink. We anyway had to go outlet mall. The manager apologized and exchanged the product. And 22 cad store credit!!! I mean seriously, we went to two malls in toronto to get the magent off, then managed a friend's car, drove for an hour on a pakced window to get store credit which basically is to make us buy from them again, and that I am never gonna do! So what the hell we are gonna do with store credit!

Over 2 weeks ago I contacted Columbia head office to report the lack of customer service at their Halton Outlet Mall and was told Phil the District Manager would call me. Well, two weeks have passed and Phil the District Mgr really doesn’t care to contact me. Now you understand why the Columbia Outlet at Halton Hills Outlet Malls feels its ok to be rude to customers. Great job District Mgr Phil(NOT) You , Barbara and Moses the Mgr should not be employed. Do yourselves a favour customers do not shop here.. if i could give this company a 0 rating I would. They don't care

I went to this store, walked in fine, no one said anything to me then as I was going through a rack of coats some lady came to tell me that I couldn’t shop there and that I needed an invite from senior management to shop there. This was my first time at this store so I didn’t know how things worked, so I told the lady I didn’t know and I walked out. I don’t know whether this is how this works, but I wasn’t in the mood to argue with anyone so I left.

Tried to return a $79 vest with no receipt and was offered $17 no store credit or exchange. Head office couldn't help me and said they took the time to speak with me on their day off ! Will stick to Amazon #1 in customer service. Have never posted a bad google review. Not a happy camper

I've been to this store several times, have had great luck finding a winter coat previously. Went tonight and their plus size selection is disappointing. Not sure if it's because of not having all winter stock in, but as a 6'1 women I need to size to plus size for length. Very little to choose from.In addition to this, I had a less than pleasant experience with a sales employee saying I will need to order online as nothing in the store would likely work for me, and her commenting on my height/size. I'm completely used to people commenting on my height, but it's just unnecessary especially from a store employee. Regardless of the size of someone, no one should ever comment on someones appearance; its rude and inappropriate. As I went to cash, the same employee asked who had the store Invite so my friend could buy her coat, I said I did and showed my invite. The employee then said "of coarse it's you." I'm unsure where the hostility comes from as we barely interacted besides her commenting on my size/height. I will be back to shop again as the deals are phenomenal but it was a disappointing visit all around this time.

Terrible! Expensive for any merchandise and I am usually willing to spend the money for a good product, but for a coat to tear after a week and the zipper to break after a month is ridiculous. Terrible customer service as I received nothing but attitude from the lady in the Columbia store in London when I asked what I could do about the warranty (which is even a bigger joke). Spent way to much money in this store to be treated this way. Definitely would not recommend as they did nothing to help. So now I have to go spend another $100-$200 to buy a coat for my son so he can be warm this winter.

Got the invite through work and stopped by the store Late Nov .. Seems that they may have a hard time keeping inventory.. Just looking for Size Large ..Updated review .. Just returned 2021 looks like they have improved their inventory for sizes .. But judging from the cones out front of the store it can get very busy so plan your trip during a less busy time ( avoid weekends ) and due to the large number of shoppers well this explains the reduced inventory.. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Its worth checking out there are some good deals.. Just hope that your company gets you an invite early enough in the season so the inventory of common sizes has not been sold .. Happy shopping

Downhill experiences since first visit.My first experience going to the employee store years ago was great! Now it's all just winter coats/jackets and no variety of Columbia products. I went thinking I would get a cute Columbia sweater that I saw a week before in Atmosphere. Did not find any sweater like it on the floor or while looking through their stock on the kiosk computer. Also, was hoping to see some rain wear, sleeping bags or camping gear like my first visits but now it's all just a million jackets and a few shoes. Super super disappointed in this store.
