Great store. Employees were amazing, very welcoming, and helpful. Wide variety of merchandise to choose from. Easy check-in and check out process. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service, I went last weekend for a new winter jacket and I found an employee yelling with a strong accent at clients in the store, I think some employees need more training, a customer is there to spend more than $300 in a nice jacket, but they will run away for poor service, the employee was yelling at people to place the jacket back in the hangers although that's an employee's job, a customer can do as well if that is asked nicely, there is no need of mistreatment to customer.

They operate by invite only to give the illusion you're getting a good deal but it's still basically the same prices as anywhere else. They add stickers showing an inflated regular price to help with the scam. When you actually compare prices you'll see it's a very small discount and in some cases actually more then other stores.Honestly the only good thing about the store is that they have a bigger selection then other stores in the area.

Had a wonderful experience at this store today because of an employee named Emma. She went above and beyond to help us figure out the correct size I needed as I was purchasing a child’s jacket for family in England. Emma was so patient and wonderful! She got a tape measure to help us figure out the size we needed and she took her time, measuring different sizes and was never rushed or impatient with us. Wally at the door was very friendly and personable, chatting a little and made it enjoyable from the start. June, who checked us out was so kind and sweet!! So friendly and a nice little chat! Such a great experience from start to finish!

Fastest selling brand. Go early and grab your loved shoes, apparel etc. - only for employees of some invited companies in London, ON. Katie is best person if you are looking for shoes.

I bought a winter jacket here in July, and by November the seams on both arms had completely come out. I tried to return the jacket and they wouldn’t allow me to - said I needed to go through warranty. I submitted the warranty claim through the employee store. Waited six weeks for them to say they could not repair the coat (so now without a winter coat for six weeks) but they gave me my money back. I returned to the employee store just now, spent an hour shopping.. got to the check out and they would not allow me to use the gift card that I was issued. Apparently when you go through the warranty they give you the regular price back rather than the employee price (it was literally a difference of $40) and so you can’t use the gift card at the employee store? Nobody told me this at the time of my claim and I would have much rathered getting a refund of what I actually paid and been able to use the card at the employee store as it’s the only Columbia store in the city .. plus I did the entire purchase and claims process through the employee store. It seems like a big scam to get you to pay more money. This was frustrating itself, and makes zero sense, but I understand its policy. However, the employees at the checkout were extremely rude and condescending. Seeing as this clause is written in the fine print I would assume this isn’t the first time they’ve answered this question? So I don’t see a need to act that way towards a customer. The young girl wouldn’t even explain why I couldn’t use it, rolled her eyes and didn’t know about the policy - so how would you expect a customer to?

I think the idea of "by invitation only" makes people believe that you're getting amazing deals. Granted, merchandise is likely less than retail but not as inexpensive as some may think. A plus is that nowhere else can you find a store with only Columbia items, so if you're shopping specifically for Columbia clothes and all associated brands then this store is great.

This place requires an invitation to buy so don't plan a visit without one.They have a good variety of products but only a few have a discount (basically off season wearing). Sometimes they don't have your size for a product that you liked because of the discounts.Overall if you get there when a promotion started you will get good deals for all products (up to 60% of discount).If you have an invitation, this place is good if you're looking for some off season promotions.

Make sure you have a valid invitation or they will not let you in the store. Thought i was welcome as a member of Liuna 1059, apparently not. What a waste of time.
