In diagnosing the issue the problem was resolved so they were happy to give it back to me without any charge since they do diagnosis work for free. They were friendly and clear in their communications and got my laptop back to me quickly.”

“I purchased my 85-inch Sony TV from Visions today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Unlike other stores, Visions tests the TV before you leave, and I’m so grateful they did. The first unit had a defect, but they quickly brought me a replacement.
This service is truly invaluable. Had I bought the TV elsewhere, I might have been stuck with a damaged product.
