Excellent selection, check out and overall experience. Once we found it, perfect. The location is hidden for non residents who are unfamiliar: attached to the abandoned mall. Parking lot with carts all over the place, not as orderly as the Costcos I'm use to, but inside the store, was excellent.

Best selection of Halal chicken. Haven't seen that much Halal option anywhere in North America. Gas is usually not that busy.

Well run. The store was busy, but staff kept things moving and were very helpful. Every member of staff that I interacted with was kind, curtious and they went out of their way to help us, as we were new to Costco. I visited with a blind person and did not have too much difficulty guiding her through the store, though the large amount of people in the store did occasionally cause issues.

My daughter and I went shopping there on Monday Oct 30/2023. We had a nice shopping experience until we went to self check out. One of the staff who was monitoring that area asked us if we had the executive card? When we said no, she snatched my daughter’s Costco card out of her hand and said, “well we’ll find out how much money we can save you”. She did not explain what she was talking about and began to speak to other customers about moving up to other self checkouts while still holding my daughter’s membership card and apparently forgetting us completely. Not knowing what this woman was doing, my daughter asked for her card back. This woman told my daughter to follow her. I was left there at self checkout watching my daughter follow this woman to customer service. When I met up with my daughter a short time later, she told me that she handed her card to a man and he proceeded in asking her about getting an executive card. She said she didn’t want one and once again asked for her card back. This woman was rude, pushy and made my daughter feel like an idiot. How dare you try to bully her into getting a more expensive membership. Shame on you!!!

Costco is undoubtedly a one-stop shopping haven with its wide array of products, bulk discounts, and unbeatable value. However, the trade-off is the crowds; it's always bustling. You'll need patience navigating the aisles, especially on weekends. But if you're prepared for the hustle and bustle, the savings and quality make it worth the visit. The food court is a bonus, offering tasty and affordable bites to refuel after the shopping spree. Overall, Costco is a busy but rewarding shopping destination. ??

I dug my Hamburg bun out from tons of stuff on it.The bun now is “Nann” because it is surpressed!!!!!????Train! Your! Staff!? or let them use brain when doing things. This locations has been becoming worse and worse. Now, sometimes I have to choose to drive all the way to the Costco at South. Because service is terrible here. And products at this location is not changed almost all through the year. The Southern one has more options even though that one is far from my address.

We purchased various chicken and pork meat over the course of the last 6-8 months and two days ago marked the 5th time we threw most of the meat out because it expired before the expiration date on the package. Besides a waste of money, it infuriates me that food needs to be thrown out. If it expires sooner than the expiration date, just change the expiration date, don’t deceive your customers. Many things are good in Costco, but the food expiration rates are out of control. Every time a package of vegetables or fruits is purchased there is always one that goes quickly and then the rest go. We have to sort through everything now. Things that are not food are mostly good. The food desperately needs working on.

I live close to 2 hours away and only get here a few times a year. Customer since 3/1996. Kirkland brands are always good. I also do on line orders in between in warehouse visits. Busy but checkout was very efficient.

We drive 2 hours to this location for the Hearing Centre (too bad Windsor doesn't have one). They are always busy, but the staff are great - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The store itself leaves a lot to be desired - it has the prices and deals of course because it's Costco, but the layout feels like an experiment gone wrong! I've been in Costco locations in many locations in Canada, USA and Mexico and this one just doesn't seem to have a natural traffic flow. That can, and probably does, reduce sales, but what do I know... I'm just a customer!

"Mixed Feelings About Customer Service"Our recent visit to this Costco location left us with a less than pleasant taste. While we have usually found the staff at Costco to be accommodating, the guy helping the cashier we encountered today was notably less so. Despite the store not being crowded, he seemed hurried, showing impatience while we were transferring our items to bags we brought from home. This starkly contrasts the service we've received at Costco's newly opened second location, where staff members readily assist in bagging purchases. I certainly don't expect this service as a given, but the brusqueness of this person here was rather disappointing. To be fair, I understand that the pace of retail can be taxing and I don't wish to vilify the employee personally. However, a small request or a polite word in such a situation would have gone a long way in enhancing our overall shopping experience.Costco, as a reputable chain, must consider these aspects of customer service when setting a consistent standard across all locations. After all, shopping at Costco should always be an enjoyable and hassle-free experience. Today, unfortunately, we fell short of that.

The best place where you can buy high-quality products at the best price. The staffs are well trained, helpful and polite.Another thing that I love about Costco is the food court, its poutine is one of the best poutine that I ever had, and the soft ice cream is yummy too??

10 STARS IF I COULDPolish Sausage and A cold Mugs ...Hit at least 1 Costco a week so that I do not miss those deals.Staff, service, prices, quality. 10Fuel may be less than anywhere in Ontario. Certainly less than any town so far and possibly the natives.Never seen any store that by an hour of opening may have you looking for parking. At any location ... go figure.I buy my electronics at Costco for a FREE 2 yr warranty. I will only buy elsewhere if Costco does not have it.Batteries and Tires have hard to beat warranties. The tire guys are certified trained experts.THE ICING. They keep track of every purchase and can process warranty or lost receipts on any you buy. Princess has this feature and I think CTC with a Triangle card.
