It's one of the most affordable places for house old items in the city of London Ontario. The workers have great attitude too. There was a Ghanaian lady I met there. She's a great salesperson.

Terrible experience and will not be back. One cashier on while a huge line formed. The self checkout work with about half the items and then if for any reason items on the scale shift or don't register, the machine freezes until that one cashier is able to assist. Had a confrontation with an employee when I finally got frustrated and gave up. Solution.....hire more employees.

Very well stocked place. It's neat and clean. They could do away with better service at counter as it can get crowded on weekend

I like this location because it's by Walmart so it's convenient when I'm grocery shopping and it carries what I need. Also friendly staff.

This is the biggest dollarama store I've been in London, Ontario, so far. Could only do 4 rows the first time and bought French Vanilla milks, they were $3.00 a box, went back to finish the rows the French Vanilla are now $3.25, I didn't like them in coffee but loved them in tea.. Others might. Remember, there is also tax. 13 %.

The self-serve check out's are kind of a pain here & the staff are helpful. However, there was only one staff member working from what I could tell & I wouldn't want to shop here when it is busy!

I do not shopped at Dollarama that often, but I do not visit the Hyde Park location too much since I usually go to the Masonville location the one across from the mall. Sorry, if I took two Stars off for a reason. It has nothing to do with the staffs, but talking facts here. The first thing to say, the self-check out sometimes is inconvenient. You tried to reduce cost by relying more on technology taking over than staffs doing more work without paying minimum wage per hour towards staffing. A lady with the big metre size paper board was scanning it towards the self check-out; however, it is going to the other person’s self check-out that is not their items he is purchasing. There are long line-ups. Really, you are charging $5.00 for Irish Spring body wash that is similarly pricing compare to Shoppers Drug Mart? The deodorants are expensive, and even the cleaning products as well that is almost the same price as Canadian Tire just across the other side of the Hyde Park plaza. I got here from the Shoppers Drug Mart at Masonville Mall. The toothpaste, mouth wash, personal care products and shaving cream are similar pricing to Dollarama. The most expensive item I look at is Irish Spring body shampoo unless you want to go cheap getting the bar soap version for two that is $2.75 (before 13% Ontario HST). Don’t forget that gift cards are the most expensive items they sell at Dollarama that goes from $15-$200; that is the most expensive item Dollarama sell than just a $5.00 shampoo. Wow, inflation is really hurting Dollarama customers, eh. Someone bought a Valentine’s gift card the other day and he paid $5.00. I guess you can buy those gift cards elsewhere at Indigo Book Store, Hallmark or Party City. Instead of calling it Dollarama. It should be called Inflationrama. In the end, you pay what you get. Your dollar devaluation meaning you get less what you paid for. At least I got some better candles, hand soap and a few other items. Cheaper compare to other stores that sells them in higher prices. That is how life is. Will visit again at this location nor the one at Masonville.

Clean and tidy and well organized store. You can count on finding all the products you are used to finding at Dollarama chains. I focused on kitchen items and organizing bins - this store doesn't disappoint in that department

Nice store although please get staff at the checkout often there is none or one staff dealing with self checkout that has the most sensitive sensors and often there is no one at the cash registers
