I didn’t enjoy my experience at this Dollarama location at all.
The overall environment felt uncomfortable. There were constant security announcements (codes being called out), and I noticed an employee following me around the store, which honestly felt unnecessary and awkward. I was just shopping normally, and being watched like that made me feel judged and unwelcome.
This kind of atmosphere really takes away from the shopping experience. I understand the need for security, but it shouldn’t make regular customers feel like they’re being suspected of something they didn’t do.
Because of this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location and would rather shop elsewhere.

I suspect new management for the last year. Previous friendly staff are all absent and the store now has a heavy lingering odour.
The security staff walked in before my son and wife, letting the door almost hit my 5 year old in his face. I would rather drive 20 mins to a different store than come back here.

Why did I have to bag my own stuff. I watched you bag the person's items ahead of me. I don't freaking work here why the hell do I bag my own stuff. You are the only Dollarama in London that does this. No other ones I have been to make the customers bag their own stuff. And you didn't even say thanks for the purchase or have a nice day. You need better customer skills

I used to love coming here but now it's just weird. Security guard hovers over people like a hawk and watched him blatantly following people of color specifically. Like what the hell. It's 2025 dude chill out

One of the old lady who works at this location is raciest. This is the second time I have experienced it. She doesn’t even greet others properly because of race. I saw two white people ahed of me she was nice with them. Then my turn comes she doesn’t even said hi, I didn’t like it, then behind me there was a white couple again, she was nice with them as well , she greeted them and asked them and talked with them. This is the second tome I visited this location in this month..SAME LADY SAME RACIEST BEHAVIOUR.

Manager is outwardly disrespectful to staff in front of customers. She did not make an effort to listen to employee concerns. She was very rude, loud, and blunt and used harsh language.

I just a very unpleasant experience at your location I went in with my escooter to grab a 1L bottle of Pepsi which I do all the time cause there's nowhere to lock my escooter uparound there I've never had any issues with staff saying anything about my escooter until today like the 2nd I walked in 1 of your female staff jumped at me loudly saying that can't be in here while hiding behind the security guard who seemed confused she then started loudly telling him to tell me my escooter can't be in the store like im sorry but she was very unprofessional unpleasant disrespectful and rude like she handled the situation very poorly like instead of just saying im sorry sir but you can't have your escooter in here she basically told me my escooter can't be in the store and to leave im not going back there EVER
