  Last night I was in this store and I was shopping for stocking stuffers for my 9 children and 2 grandchildren.
  I was at the cashier his name is Sherri. He was absolutely awesome, he's patient and kind, my 1st cart load was over 350.00 my second over 4. He was very efficient and after he even helped me to my car with my purchases. He shook my hand and wished me a Merry Christmas!
  Thank you Sherri for making my experience at your store fun 😁

  I only rated a ONE star because I couldn’t possibly rate it the ZERO it deserves.
  
  After realizing that one of the employees was VERY actively and VERY obviously following me and spending time scanning my cart, I confirmed my suspicions were true by essentially going down a couple of the same aisles I already went down- and there she was never more than 3 feet behind me putting away random merchandise and making deep eye contact with my cart.
  
  I knew full well that she would also CONVENIENTLY be at the checkouts when I was there to pay for my items. I was not in the mood to be trailed like a convict or desperate thief today so I asked why I was followed around and after multiple times of denying any such behaviour AND refusing to ACTUALLY come over and compare my items, check my bags etc I left empty handed- but with a whole lot of unnecessary anguish, embarrassment and wasted time.
  
  Go to ANY other Dolarama… avoid this one.
  If the Dollarama employee actually miraculously sees this one day-
  I just want you to know that you should be incredibly disappointed in yourself and your conduct.

  This shop need to be shutdown because they don't respect Customers, so I bought a gift card and when I wanted to purchase from it they are saying there is nothing in I want back to dolarama they are telling me that I need to do it online, they are unable,and they don't have return policy,now I'm here with the Card nothing to do with it, so they ripped me off

  the cashier on hijab without a name is super rude today! I never encounter a rude cashier in dollarama until today.

  This is the WORST location as far as having stock is concerned. Either they don't order enough or they don't hire enough staff to get the stuff out on the shelves quickly. Every other location always has lots of the items you come to expect but not this one. Terrible. Half the varieties of chocolate bars are never there, Starburst, Riesen's, Oreos..all run out regularly and sometimes two weeks will go by. This never seems to happen at any of the other locations so it must be the owners dropping the ball.On the other hand, most of the staff are friendly. Which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. The management/owner is the problem here.

  Was accosted by the store “manager” named Heather. She was extremely rude and horribly disrespectful to my 5 yr old daughter & 7 yr old son. Announcing to the entire store loudly that my wife and kids were the reason for the long lines. Nothing to do with the incompetent staff. She had a problem with me and took her aggression out on my wife and kids which are of a visible minority. It seemed like she was racially profiling my kids and my wife. It is surprising that an alleged manager would be so aggressive and rude. I will be taking this complaint ever higher then google review. I have zero tolerance for ignorance and racism. There is no need to single out children of colour for no reason when their parents are there.

  Great store with lots of variety of items! The staff are very friendly as well and I enjoy having small talk with them.

  Awesome place to shop but they need to change the name. It's not the dollar store anymore, It's the $5 store lol
