At the checkout they cannot check electrical appliances such as headphones and speakers that are sold in the store. If the product is faulty, they say that it cannot be returned and it cannot be exchanged either. We kindly ask you to resolve this issue in the chain of stores, or not to sell products that cannot be checked at the checkout at all.

When all the stores and businesses were closing during the covid 19 pandemic, I was truly very worried about dollarama joining in the madness. I go almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It's literally the only store with candy / junk food prices from the 1990's!

Okay, service wasn’t bad its just the security guard was all up on me and I was just buying a chocolate bar. I get it’s their job it’s just like calm down. There was a massive line too, focus on someone else!!

The staff here is amazing. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I must say the cashier Elizabeth has excellent customer service skills. Also she is fantastic with children who come in the store.

I went into this location yesterday after getting my bus pass and while picking up a few things I noticed a man in a wheelchair stuffing things into his pockets.I alerted the cashier who was already being told this by two female customers who were checking out.The cashier advised this to a male employee and as this was happening the thief was wheeling himself towards the exit where you could clearly see things in his pocket.I went to the male employee and was told by him “There’s nothing I can do I’m not security.”So basically losers can come into your store and take whatever they want cause you won’t do anything and your actual paying customers are the ones who pay for it.Nice policy.
