As someone who managed specialist camera retail stores in the UK within my career I was very impressed by the level of service and knowledge demonstrated, there was a very welcoming atmosphere and willingness to help. We intended at most film processing send off but ended up purchasing hardware and accessories due to the level of service received. Henry’s is lucky to have such a dedicated team in the area. They can even provide for people with niche requirements, not to mention limited luggage space and time the right help to find the best matched equipment for them. “My old stereo no longer functioned well, and I wanted a new one to enjoy music I've accumulated over the years. Where to begin? I came across Visions Electronics on Wonderland Road, and my customer service experience couldn't have been more rewarding or positive, thanks primarily to Vadi. He took the time to listen to my needs, offered very helpful advice, and was patient. So much has changed in stereos over the years - especially headphones - and Vadi walked me through it all, not only responding to questions but offering helpful advice and points to consider. Pascal was helpful as well particularly as regards speakers. As a result, I purchased a new receiver, turntable, speakers and headphones. Taylor was also helpful with the installation, and Vadi helpfully responded to my post-sale questions as well about using the system. I can't recommend Visions Electronics highly enough, particularly Vadi's exceptional service. It's a pleasure to experience customer service that's not transactional but focussed on meeting customer needs in a friendly, positive, helpful manner. I'll definitely return for future purchases now that I've discovered an electronics store that values customers in the exceptional way that Visions Electronics does.”

The guys there took the time to make sure that had everything that I needed, and when I mentioned I’d never soldered electronics before, they gave me some tips about how to do it. “Probably the last bastion for high end audio in London that also caters to the full range of tastes and needs in the listening sphere for two channel (where they excel) or the many other new age options for a condo, apartment or a whole home system solution. Quality brands with that rare commodity of after sales service if and when you need it. Bill and Al are very passionate about the products they sell and have many loooooooooong term customers who have been on the audiophile journey with them for decades. This is definitely a shop worth checking out for pretty much all your audio needs.”
“Sales team is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure any questions are answered so when you go home with your new product you are satisfied with your decision.
Moving on to the install team - they are tech wizards. They were quick to install the products and even went above and beyond when I had issues with other electronic devices that didn't even sell me. (*Cough* Stupid Rogers *Cough*)”

“Pam at the Masonville Loblaws Mobile Shop is awesome. She helped me get new BYOD plans for me and my brother. She explained to me all the best options available and I didn't feel like she was being pushy at all. The way that she spoke and worked made it clear that she wanted to offer the best possible experience for her customers.Due to no fault of her own, there were some technical difficulties in setting up the eSIM for my brother. I was starting to get worried, as it was getting close to closing time. To my surprise, Pam actually called up technical support and didn't leave until the issue was resolved. She ended up staying behind an extra 20 minutes for me. I'm so happy that I chose to come to the Mobile Shop and her employers have no idea how lucky they are to have an employee like her.”
