Overall, the job was done, was hoping that the fine details were attended to such as dirt shown on this picture on the entire front grill of my car and rear was not entirely cleaned either or wiped. The mats were sort threw back in the car at the back (that's minor but again it is about details). The staff is friendly.

The day I took my car, I guess there was no one working who could drive stick/manual? Whoever moved my car through the process broke the front plate cover and bent my plate by hitting a trailer hitch on the vehicle in front of my car. No one owned up to the mistake nor told me about it. Unfortunately, I left and only noticed the damage much later.
