2255 Dundas East location. Stellar service!!!! This was a rental due to a hit and run accident on my car. Blake Goris organized the rental, picked me up and took me to this agency all in the matter of an hour!!! Absolutely the most valuable service so far into the third week of accident process. Insurance is still deciding what to do regarding repairs and this to a long time loyal client. Thank goodness Enterprise at this location is on the ball. Talk to Blake and his manager Enzo M.

I've rented a decent number of cars and this Enterprise location has by far surpassed any other car rental firms I've been to. Parker and Enzo were helpful when I picked up vehicle and also provided me a lift to my destination once I dropped the car off. Would recommend to anyone renting a car. Thanks for your help! It was really appreciated.

Outstanding customer service. Enzo was very professional and made the vehicle rental experience even better than my expectations. My original rental vehicle choice was not available, but Enzo provided another choice of vehicle that worked out even better for me and was a great choice. I'm renting another vehicle from this location this week, and will continue to be my preferred location in London.

Great location and car rental experience! I booked a last minute car rental for pick-up first thing on a Monday morning and kept forgetting to call prior to my rental date to arrange a pick-up. I called this location the morning of my rental and the staff were super friendly and offered to pick me up, no problem! I really appreciated that :) The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to provide a premium car rental experience. The team made car pick-up a breeze and on the return date I was in a bit of a time crunch but it was no problem - Angelo noticed I was in a rush (without me even having to say a thing) and he made sure I was in and out in no time. Thank you!! I will be back to this location.

This is the only enterprise location I use to rent cars, highly recommended if you like dealing with professional people. The whole team there is outgoing and very nice, and are very understanding, will be looking forward to my next rental with them.

I would like to give a huge S/O to Enzo and Nina at Enterprise here in London at the Veterans and Dundas east location. I was in need of a rental through insurance and from the initial phone call and the moment I walked through the door I experienced kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Going above and beyond and doing everything in their reach to insure accommodation were met in such a small time frame. Enzo and Nina, great models of what customer services should be, they did not disappoint. Thank you again, for your help let alone your service.
