Mentioned to the clerk that the hours of operation were incorrect on google and that the owner should update it, and was met with nothing but argument and informed of a nearby location instead of simply making a note for the owner, very un impressed with the service of this location and will not be returning

Had my credit card information stolen here, immediately called the store to alert them and no action was taken. Didn’t even ask me what pump I used, gave me a one hour window for the following morning to speak to a manager, which is of course when I am working. Good luck to anyone who uses this gas station, it’s credit card fraud roulette. I KNOW it was stolen here because it’s the only place I’ve used this card in a week, and the charge happened in under two hours of using it. Definitely has a skimmer on at least one pump.
Rep also put me “on hold” by placing the phone directly beside the register while he helped other customers, which was very unprofessional. Really wasn’t in the mood to have “WINNER, GAGNANT” blasted through my phone.

Bunch of scammers, went in to check my lottery tickets, and I knew I won something but buddy told me I didn’t, he refused to give me the receipt to indicate a winner or not and how much the winning was. I went to a different location and sure enough I won, though the new location couldn’t give me my winnings because the receipt said it was already paid out.
Always get your print out for your tickets don’t let these people scam you, out fo what’s rightfully yours.. this type of service disgusts me.

Best place to stop by! Cooperative staff, better service amongst all other gas stations in London. Clean restrooms along with in-store & drive through Tim Hortons.

Stopped here for a quick fuel-up and was pleasantly surprised! The pumps were modern and easy to use, and the station was spotless—including the restrooms, which is rare to find. The staff were super friendly and even helped me check my tire pressure. Prices were competitive, and the attached convenience store was well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and essentials. Definitely my go-to stop whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

I would give no stars but that’s not an option! I bought the twigz pretzels from there and turns out they expired may 1 2024!!!! We are June 2025 I also bought in the same trip a slim Jim mild and it expired April 12 2025. What the heck?! Never would I ever buy anything from them again!!!!

Piss poor service here. Was told I could buy a car wash at the car wash station by the employee. Went into the line and it wouldn't let me purchase one. Hit the help button and the call button multiple times with no reply. Ended up having to reverse out of the line. Thanks a lot!

It’s 6:23 am in the morning and there’s no one to help. I saw someone walking inside and knocked the door for 5 mins, no responds. 80% of the time they are out of printing paper at self serves.

Knocked a few times, stood there for 5 minutes nobody seems to be in the store. Idk why the sign says "Open 24 hrs" when clearly there's no one to receive you if you visit at 3AM apparently.
