What a positive experience! I got gas, which I normally pay for at the pump. This time I used a gift-card, which the kind and helpful employee helped me with. He was thoughtful and patient while explaining to me that I was missing the part of the card that you scan. Once I completed the process, I moved my car close to the door and asked if he could help me put windshield washer fluid in my car. He didn't hesitate to come outside to help, and he explained exactly how to do it, so I could next time I needed to.

Purchased gift cards for gas from this location to recently find out when my cards wouldn't work, they had been compromised and someone used over 200 dollars worth of gas cards outside the city the very next day.

I went through this car wash today and paid for the full-service wash. When I came out, the car was still visibly dirty, with excess soap left on the front. I got out to wipe it off and quickly noticed that many spots around the car hadn’t been cleaned at all.
I went back inside and explained the issue to the staff. The gentleman asked to see the car, which I was happy to show him. After looking at it, he told me that the car wash “can’t clean” the spots I was pointing out and that I should have pre-cleaned the car before going through. I explained that I had just come from the highway, so yes, there were bugs and debris—but that’s exactly why I paid for the more expensive wash option, to ensure a proper clean.
He eventually agreed to let me go through again but only gave me a quick wash worth half the price of what I had originally paid, and he did so with a lot of attitude.
This is not what I consider good customer service. I left dissatisfied, with a car that still wasn’t properly cleaned, and I will not be returning.

After having a bad experience at a Shell station up the road, I decided to refuel at this ESSO station.
I pulled up to a pump and proceeded to input my Optimum information then inserted my payment card. It came back indicating I had input my PIN incorrectly. I had not yet entered my PIN.
Thinking, perhaps it was a faulty terminal on that pump, I moved my car to a different pump. Entered my optimum card number and proceeded to insert my payment card. Before I could enter my PIN, I was informed that my pin was incorrect… Yet again!
I proceeded to see the cashier. Explained the situation and commented that is useless to have pay at the pump when the system won’t allow you to pay at the pump. He processed my debit card and it indicated that this was my final attempt at inputting my PIN. The difference this time is that it allowed me to input my PIN.
Eureka! I proceeded back to the pump to pump fuel into my car. I pulled out the nozzle, selected the grade of gas and was given an error to see the cashier.
Back into the cashier I go!
The clerk had the audacity to tell me that I asked for regular fuel and that I was trying to pump high test. I have never put regular fuel in my current vehicle.
Rather than apologize for the confusion and fix the situation, the clerk took it upon himself to argue with and berate me, the customer, that I said I wanted regular fuel.
Rest assured, I cancelled the transaction and left.
What has happened to the fundamentals of good customer service?

I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station due to the cashier's rude and unprofessional attitude. When I approached the pump intending to pre-pay outside, the cashier intentionally shut off the pump, forcing me to go inside. Even after requesting to pre-pay from outside, the cashier was dismissive and made no effort to assist.
Their behavior was unnecessarily rude and clearly showed a lack of basic customer service. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and offered standard services without attitude or hostility.
This kind of experience makes me not want to return to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff are trained to treat customers with decency and follow proper procedures.

Today morning was there for car wash the lady offered the available options and explained the differences between them .. I've picked one which was the basic ,, inside the csr wash there are 2 arms provide soap and water ( this is how it works) just the step before the final one both arms have to provide high pressure water to fully rinse the car but unfortunately the left side arm (driver's side) did not work just the right side provide high pressure water then after that there was the final step which included a little water rinse.. I had to rinse the driver side at home

Really poor But expensive car washing. Costed me more than $14 to get a BASIC car wash but only included presoaking and raising! Won't be there again!
