When my car broke down, I was terrified about how limited my options would be for purchasing a replacement. I am in a consumer proposal, so going to any dealership and picking a new car was not an option for me. When I found Ezee Credit in London, and met with Cristiana, all of my worries dissolved. She worked tirelessly to make sure I got a vehicle that was a great fit for me, within my credit and budget limitations. I did not make it easy for her, she stayed late with me on a Friday night to test drive the options she had prepared for me, based on my list of requests. She also came back the next morning (her day off) to let me test drive again to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my soon to be purchase. The entire process was straight forward and Cristiana really took the time to explain things to me and talk things through with me, I can never thank her enough for her support and guidance while I very emotionally navigated through my first experience having to face my credit situation. I felt dignified the entire time, which was VERY important to me. The selection of vehicles is amazing, I never once had a concern I was going to be sent away in something junky for a quick sale to the low budget bad credit girl. I am so happy with my experience and I would recommend anyone, no matter your credit or budget situation, to visit Ezee Credit, specifically Cristiana, for your next vehicle. DO NOT ! Lease a vehicle from this place , you would think after my 3rd vehicle from them I’d learn my lesson… nope. I have had my 2016 Nissan pathfinder for almost 5month. I have had a power steering fluid leak since day 1 which still has not been addressed after emails and phone calls . Now we are dealing with a transmission cooler leak which funny enough is NOT covered under warranty! Surprise surprise ! I have been having my transmission issues for just over a week now which they keep saying “ no update “ or no one calls me back . Aside from the actual vehicle issues - their finance department are a bunch of crooks !
First 2 weeks of august I called and emailed to confirm that only payment coming out of my account was aug 9th the. Again September 20 as per my SIGNED pad form . Finally Stephanie confirmed that yes that was the only date she saw . Come aug 21 my vehicles engine was disabled due to arrears . I argued with them for days to enable it. With screen shots and proof that these were the documents I had . It so happens that there was multiple copies of my documents some with no initials . But still said I owed them money.
This place will give you the run around and rob you blind ! I will NEVER be going back to action again and I will spread their name world wide if I have to!
Spending 1000$ a month for a vehicle sitting in my parking lot is so worth it ! Makes a great lawn ornament!

Leased a van month ago. When we got the van they let us know the radio had stopped working that day but they would repair it asap and contact us Monday. They never contacted us, we contacted them. We've texted them almost weekly about fixing the radio. A month later and still no date to fix the radio.

My wife co signed for a car from these guys for my step daughter. They leased her a Nissan Sentra. The transmission went at around 115 000 km. She brought it back, they didn't fix it, and told her to pay for it.
There was $6000 owing on it. They were willing to get her into another car, and add this "debt" to the new car total. (new car also also known for transmission issues) They stopped taking payments from her account, then put a $16000 debt against my wife's credit rating for co signing on a lemon car that they stopped talking payment for.
They even got their car back,and there was only 6 grand owed when they stopped taking the payments.
Majority of the cars on their lot are problematic lemons due to issues like cvt transmission, and other stuff that should be recalled. So beware, dont buy a lemon from them. The only thing they have that's good is a legal team. Get bent, ezee credit. They spell it ezee because it's not easy. They contacted us about my previous review and threatened legal action, so I took my review down, as there was nothing against my wife's credit rating at the time. There is now, so my review stands. They will not fix your credit, they are predators. Beware!

The guy there was extremly rude i went there and he thought i cant afford a car???? before that another friend was there and saw the same guy doing the same to him? he was disrespectful and judged my looks to afford a car like i came with my car and clearly that does not look like i cant afford one? extremly rude and disrespectful im never going there again cuz it was not the first time it also happend in niagra and other places never ever buying from ezee credit again
