This store is not a good place to buy a shoes, never againe I buy winter shoes from them when I use the first snow sleepry, is not even safe to use even summer I get sleepry every time even on the tiles floor

Had a very positive shop in Factory Shoe recently. The store was absolutely packed with people trying to beat the weather report. Grace, although completely consumed with customers suggested 6 or 7 products and we were successful in finding a perfect fit at the end.

Have been shopping here for years. Always a great experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Today, Grace helped us, and both my wife and I bought new shoes.

I absolutely love this store and drive a few hours to visit it. They always have larger sizes and wide shoes. Tons of selection and lots of variety. Prices are decent and the same as every other store but the sales are great! Found shoes that were over $100 for $85. Always pleasant staff and very organized.

I wish they would hire staff who knew their jobs. First incident I asked a staff member if he could put a pair of shoes on hold for one week. After traveling and an hour to this store to pick up the shoes only to find the store sent them back but do not tell me in the beginning that only hold shoes for three days. The second incident the Hamilton store sent a pair of shoes to the london store . The store called me to tell me they were in .I told the manager I will not able to pick them up not this week but the following week. The same staff member called me once again that week again I told her I will pick them up this coming week as I am an hour away She agreed. When I did go pick them up on the day I told them I would . The front staff seem in a daze and was confused. Then she looked for them and told me in a I don't care attitude I guess they sent them back. By this time I am angry and frustrated and asked for the manager she apologized but it was not sincere again told me oh we only hold them for three days. Why would the staff in both incident not tell me this. The manager if wanted my business should have offered how can I make this up to you. Do not shop at this store staff are in a daze do not know their job. I am shocked they have stayed in business this long.

Greeted at the door, helpful staff , huge selection and great prices . It is so nice to be in a well staffed store ! This was our 3rd stop trying to find shoes today . It will be our first from now on .
