Tracking Package from a 3 hour drive away bounce around with arbitrary, constantly pushing back timelines, and even giving IMPOSSIBLE delivery times over 4 days is infuriating. Impossible because at Saturday 1pm it will tell me my package will arrive on Saturday by 1:50 p.m. even when looking at the tracker and seeing it in Woodbridge (2.5 hour drive and not even at a sorting Depot yet to be put on a truck)... It's end of day Monday now... they're shooting for Wednesday for a package sent on a Thursday, 3 hours away - 6 days to go 3 hours. So not only does FedEx completely make up its delivery times, they are physically impossible. Calling their automated customer service system will frustrate you enough to have a restraining order against you if their inadequate AI could file one against you. Overall, a carrier pigeon would have been better.

They say they tried to deliver on Thursday , well I was home ! Yes it's an apartment but why no slip ? Called and they said they can just drop off at a hub. Well now it's Sunday , I have no parcel and I keep getting told it's in London. You try to call FedEx and they say we have a process and I have to wait till they send update.

Package is 2 days late and tracking has stalled. Automated customer service and Bot chat cant track package either. I guess Fed Ex Ground means they bury your package!

I need a real person from FedEx to call me. I have called every store and it’s just the robot woman talking to me and I can’t get a real person on the phone.My package was delivered to the wrong address yesterday. I have photo proof of a house that is the same home NUMBER as mine but it is very clearly NOT my house.I emailed fedex, filed a claim and all I got back was “…. After researching your case, we found the shipment was delivered correctly.“It was NOT. I can prove it but I need to talk to an actual human being to help me get myPackage.Thank you!

Had a lovely experience dropping off a return. The representative who gave us information on the process was very helpful. The epitome of customer service.He seemed to be training someone else and was very kind and empathetic towards the trainee. Always refreshing to see in logistics companies

I am frustrated and disappointed with FedEx's delivery service. For the entire week, I was at home, specifically waiting for my package, yet I've been confronted with claims that delivery attempts were made when I wasn't home. This is simply not true.There is no evidence that any FedEx driver approached my residence—no doorbell ring, no one captured by my doorbell ring camera. It's disheartening to see the tracking update falsely stating an attempted delivery. It seems the driver did not make any real effort to deliver the package to my address.This repeated negligence has caused significant inconvenience and I expect FedEx to hold their drivers to a higher standard of honesty and diligence. It is crucial that FedEx addresses these issues immediately to restore trust in their service.

I am disappointed with the recurring issues I've experienced with FedEx's delivery service. Despite being at home and available to receive my packages, the delivery person has repeatedly marked my shipments as "business was closed," which is confusing since I live in an apartment building that isn't subject to business hours.No attempts to ring the doorbell have been made, which I can confirm since our building is equipped with cameras that never showed FedEx attempting the delivery. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's incredibly frustrating to deal with repeated inaccuracies in delivery updates.I challenge FedEx to provide GPS data or a photo proving that the delivery attempt was actually made to my apartment. I am also ready to provide call logs from my service provider to verify that i did not received any call from my doorbell.This lack of reliability and accountability in service needs to be addressed. I expect much better from a reputable company like FedEx and hope that they will take immediate steps to correct these issues.

Driver claims they were here at 1:20 and attempted a delivery and no one was home so they will re attempt next business day. Cameras say otherwise. Now I have to take a second day off and hope they really deliver tomorrow since this is an item they won't drop. I guess the 50#, 6' long package was more than the driver cared to deal with today. Hoping it's a different driver tomorrow, especially since its a 45 minute one way drive for me to pick up at the depot.
