Decent product for the price. Bad, blame first vs accountability attitude on Paul Sharples. Matt the manager did a decent job. Overall not that great of an experience, better options out there. Get what you pay for.

Edit: Right after this review they called and a tech came after a few weeks
Pathetic company, service never calls me back. Have left them endless voicemails. The builder sent them an email and calls too. NO RESPONSE. Trash company, zero customer service

I had 5 Golden Windows installed here in London Ont. they all have been great quality. Price was good I shopped around the other companies were overpriced for just replacement windows so I'm happy with Golden Windows London.
