First and foremost I LOVE THE BINS! This place is great for low income families to shop and find some great treasures and AFFORDABLE PRICES!⚠️HOWEVER, I had the ABSOLUTE MISFORTUNE of meeting A BIGOT tonight at the Goodwill Outlet. She was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE. Not only was she SHOVING and PUSHING items onto peoples hands and arms, she was very loudly proclaiming to her friends that the people who shop at the Goodwill Outlet were BENEATH her and she needed to stay ABOVE them. I’ve been shopping at the Goodwill Outlets for YEARS (Both in US and Canada Locations) and have NEVER experienced such behavior ESPECIALLY from a WOMAN well into her years. I’ve met so many friendly people there and even made friends tonight who shared their finds with me and vice versa. I tried my best to ignore her and limit any interactions with her. I EVEN FEIGNED NOT KNOWING ENGLISH TO AVOID HER! I told her quite loudly that “I did not understand her/English” in Spanish just to get her to stop yelling at me. She then proceeded to blabber like a toddler in my face and MOCKED MY OWN NATIVE LANGUAGE!!!! Before storming off and speaking to HER OWN family in their Native tounge. Knowing that she is BILINGUAL as well makes me ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH HER BEHAVIOR. I cannot believe the Staff here TOLERATES this bigotry. They even said if it continued we’d both have to leave. All because I complained about HER RACIST ACTIONS and AGGRESSIVE DEMEANOR. Unbelievable. The staff here needs to do better.⚠️

Good for used items, also if you are lucky you will find valuable items, and they are all on weight, so they will be cheap too

Don’t bother going here, everything is just thrown in bins, if it wasn’t damaged when donated, it will be the way it gets thrown around in those bins, and very little product. Many better thrift stores in the area.

Love this place, some days it's a hit and others it's a miss. You can always find something useful or unique for fair prices. The more you go the more fun it is, I've gotten to recognize and interact with customers and staff to the point I feel like Norm at Cheers ?Thank you to all

My family and I call this place..."THE POUND STORE"Ive been going to this store for years now. Since I was a child going with my mother. Back when It was located at Wellington and Horton, in the rear of the other goodwill store. Eventually they had to expand and get their own building. So grateful for that because I absolutely am in love with this place! It is great for anyone on a budget. You literally pay by the pound. When checking out you throw all your stuff in a bag and they weigh it. I'm not exactly sure of the cost per pound but I do know that it gets cheaper the more you buy. The store consists of rows and rows of huge tables/ bins on wheels. Each one is filled with different types of items. While browsing, the staff swaps out/ rolls out new tables of items every five to ten minutes. I can always end up staying here shopping longer than intended due to the constant change of items. You have to "dig" through these bins which takes time but you're always bound to find a few diamonds. From rare collectibles to name brand clothing sometime with tags still on them. There is a furniture area. There are always tons of tools, linens, shoes, and electronics. Basically anything you would need at home. Oh, They also have a sitting area and outlets occupying one full wall. Great for children to wait while you shop. Or just to sit and take a break. They also have free Wi-Fi ?

Not a company to buy from or work for. This particular location is chaotic at best. Pushy and aggressive customers, understaffed and just an overall hostile vibe. 99.9% of it is junk. They bundle textiles that don't sell in retail and sell them off to third world countries. Dumping grounds basically. Just another corrupt company hiding behind the mask of charity.

This place is only bearable because of the super friendly staff. It needs updating badly with new rolling bins that lock for safety. The outside update of a new concrete area is lovely. The patrons spoil it for many of us. They throw objects and I have been hit more than once. Many also steal by slipping things in their pockets and purses. Really, total disregard for all involved!

Never in my life have I met a staff member so rude. Naomi is constantly yelling at customers, and today my sister and I watched as she singled out a Muslim family, for an hour straight. Constantly going up to them and picking on them. Singling out their child as well (who was around 8) yelling ‘Who’s kid is this. He belongs to someone. Come get your kid’ when the child wasn’t doing anything but looking through the bins. Why wasn’t he allowed to look when his parents were less than 5 ft away? And wouldn’t allow him to look in the section next to the counter. She was atrocious to him. After that, she continued to harass the family over being in the middle of the isle (seriously? It’s a store), when they were NOT even bringing out the bins, and kept telling them to keep their child with them. She didn’t bother going at any other parent with a child in the store, which makes me think she was absolutely discriminating. Do better. I don’t know how she even still has a job. Either get her some training or fire her. Her behaviour is absolutely disgusting and it’s really upsetting that she is targeting people outside of her race.

Pros: I found some gems and the prices are greatCons: other shoppers & staff are aggressive and rude, a lot of the stuff is garbage and you’re rifling through bins of underwear and used sheets mixed in with clothing, new bins are brought out and it’s the same stuff with a couple new things on top.I would most like to emphasize that the energy in this place is hostile and very negative. At one point a child was separated from their parent and a staff member started aggressively yelling “who’s child is this” “come collect your child”, it was insane, I’ve never seen retail staff treat a child like that. I had to go to another thrift store after just to feel sane and cleanse from the chaos of this outlet.
