As someone who managed specialist camera retail stores in the UK within my career I was very impressed by the level of service and knowledge demonstrated, there was a very welcoming atmosphere and willingness to help. We intended at most film processing send off but ended up purchasing hardware and accessories due to the level of service received. Henry’s is lucky to have such a dedicated team in the area. They can even provide for people with niche requirements, not to mention limited luggage space and time the right help to find the best matched equipment for them. This will make me seek the brand out more when in Canada and recommend to friends, family and the public. Well done and thank you.”
“Awesome balloons done by the wonderful people here at McCulloch’s! It was my first time ever ordering balloons and I had no idea what I wanted or how I wanted them to look. I had told them the theme of the party (sports, London knights, football etc) and when I picked up the balloons they were the PERFECT colours! Pricing was fantastic and they were ready on time for pick up. Leave it to the experts? I am so happy I chose to go with McCulloch’s for balloons for my son’s first birthday. We will definitely be back for our future party needs!”

While some items are a bit pricey, the quality is definitely worth it. This was my first time visiting the store, and I found it really impressive. “Definitely Michael's is an expensive place but what makes me go to Michael's when I need to buy something urgently is the customer service I saw a change from before employees do not hide like in other stores specifically ( Walmart) at Michael's you feel respected and welcome because if wasn't I will have been the first one to said so.
