We intended at most film processing send off but ended up purchasing hardware and accessories due to the level of service received. Henry’s is lucky to have such a dedicated team in the area. They can even provide for people with niche requirements, not to mention limited luggage space and time the right help to find the best matched equipment for them. I brought in some scap gold only worth maybe $300 as another guy brought in a coin worth 4k & the clerk treated me exactly how he treated the guy with the 4k coin. “Definitely Michael's is an expensive place but what makes me go to Michael's when I need to buy something urgently is the customer service I saw a change from before employees do not hide like in other stores specifically ( Walmart) at Michael's you feel respected and welcome because if wasn't I will have been the first one to said so.
