“5 Stars – Great Service and Craftsmanship
I’ve used London Glass & Mirror a couple of times recently and both experiences were excellent.
First, I needed to replace the plexiglass panel in my screen door. I was doing a self-install, and even though I inadvertently gave them measurements that were slightly too large, they kindly re-cut the piece for me at no extra cost.
Second, I was refinishing the 100-year-old front door of my house. The owner, Trevor, came to measure the window, Nadine on reception worked with me to schedule the install around a vacation I had planned, and Jay handled the installation.
Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. I’d happily recommend London Glass & Mirror to anyone looking for quality work and friendly service.”

“I needed a light bulb for a fan light. I went to the Hardware store and could not find one that was the right shape and above 40 watt. A customer suggested Living Lighting. I went there and was warmly welcomed to the store. Immediately a light bulb was found for me and it is LED. My problem was solved. The clerk even showed me its brightness. So many of the chains no longer carry light bulbs that are needed for differently shapped lamps and globes. It's an issue. I bought two blubs and was on my way. Living Lighting is the best. Thank you.”

“We were visiting from out of town today and decided to walk in to check it out. Thankfully my sister wasn’t with me because she has scent sensitivities that are no joke resulting in respiratory issues, dizziness, fainting etc. The scent is SO strong when you walk in, which is not something you’re anticipating walking into a home goods store. The worst part was the cash desk is wrapped around the scent station, leaving you no chance to by pass the scent if you want to make a purchase. My husband and I stood in a long lineup at the cash desk nearly nauseous and left after with headaches, it’s horrible. And I just scrolled through many reviews stating the same thing back to ten months ago and nothing has been done about this despite replies saying it would be addressed. Scent sensitivities are very real for many people and this matter should be taken seriously. I didn’t have the heart to give a low star review because the team working were friendly and did not deserve a poor rating. However head office needs to be addressing this and find a better way to display the fragrance line.”
