I applied for the bay card at the store. The clerk asked me all the private information (i.e. morgage, occupation, income etc.) I felt extremely uncomfortable sharing the info with the clerk. I thought that the usual practice is that customers fill out the application by themselves using the store's tablet. Costco does that to protect customers' privacy and not share the info with costco workers. I wonder if it is the bay's protocol or the clerk's ignorance. The clerk could simply pass me over the tablet and the let me fill it out. Strange and uncomfortable experience.

Wonderful staff? I had trouble finding some items and I get anxious easily but the staff was very understanding with me and kind.? BTW: End of winter SALES!!!Lots of beautiful items for all your beauty, fashion, and household needs!

horrible experience me and my sister walked and and we were smelling a Burberry perfume we were going to buy for our mom for christmas and we we’re stereotyped. A blonde lady with glasses approached us and said “you know thats 200$ right?” “you can smell the tester where i can see you” unbelievable dont go here.

I tried searching for a product and after typing foodcyc it said no matches found. I couldn't complete the word. Google said the Bay carried the product!

I ordered clothes online and tried to return some of what I received. The store clerk was unable to process my request for about half the items. Apparently there was a small indication on the website that some of the items were 'final sale'. If I would've seen that info, I would never have ordered those particular items. After all, how can clothing ordered online be 'final sale'. That simply does not make sense. After that, I dealt with The Bay customer service and they were unwilling to help. I sent the clothes back and they kept them without any notification or credit. You'd think they would at least offer store credit. I am beyond disappointed with The Bay. I have been a loyal customer for years but now I am determined to never shop there again.

The products are pretty good, but I avoid shopping there because they have no carts or wheelable baskets. Trying to do Christmas shopping and wanting to buy fluffy blankets and bathrobes while also carrying my purse and winter coat. Easier to go elsewhere.

I don’t usually shop at the bay, but I was completely blown away by the fantastic customer service from Louis while looking for a blazer. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. His sense of humour and eye for detail is un matched. Give him a raise!
