I recently had the pleasure of working with Image Graphics on the renaming of the London Regional Cancer Program to the Verspeeten Family Cance Centre, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. We were working with a tight turnaround time of four months from start to finish with multiple partners on the approval process for installations.
The team at Image Graphics took the time to understand my vision and provided valuable insights that enhanced the final design. Their expertise and creativity were evident in every suggestion they made. We worked on 11 different signage installations with different mediums-exterior, interior, decals.
Communication was seamless throughout the project. I was kept informed at every stage, through emails, texts and phone calls and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. The team demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that I was completely happy with the design before moving forward.
What impressed me most was their adherence to timelines. The project was completed on schedule without any compromise on quality. This reliability is rare and greatly appreciated.

Their pricing is very reasonable and the service was quick. I needed my sign board done within a week and they were able to deliver that. The staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent place. 10/10 would recommend.

Had to get a very crucial last minute printing done and was in the shop as soon as they opened, I was greeted well and they helped me immediately.
The staff are very knowledgeable and polite.
10/10 would recommend.
Also, they are the only print shop that opens at 8 AM in London, ON.

I've worked with Image Graphics as one of our vendors to install pylon signs. They were professional and responded in a timely manner. This made it easier to accommodate our tenants so I would absolutely recommend them!

I am pleased to state here that our law firm contacted Image Graphics and placed an order for multiple signs. I found it out that the Management of the business are very courteous , kind, humble and diligent while working on my order. The signs were designed, sent to me for approval and installing after completion was tremendous. They inspired me and my partner and other staff. I will recomment their services for other businesses because quality of service and respecting the customers was found during the whole dealing. Price was also better than others that we checked with. Good bless the Image Graphics' team.
