“I'm sad to see all of these negative reviews. I've been dealing with Aviva for at lease 8 years now. I've had 2 accident claims and a windshield replacement. My broker Siamara has been fantastic. Always answers my calls and emails or calls me back in a timely manor. My most recent accident was dealt with so quickly. I went to the reporting center, back to the repair shop and was into my rental car all within 4 hours. No hassle at all. The adjuster Shelley called me the say day to go over the full report. Aviva took care of everything for me. I have experienced nothing but kindness and professionalism. Their depreciating deductible is also an asset. I am extremely pleased with their services.
