Has anyone actually had a payout of the life insurance policy?

Their agents won't stop calling me, most likely to find a way to get more money out of me for insurance I will never need. It's gotten to the point where I am blocking all calls they are making to me

Never have used this company or even heard of them until they started taking money from my bank account that has never been used. They say they can't do anything and my bank is investigating, but they keep trying to withdraw. Not impressed.
