Yara cannot do her job and was genuinely terrible at customer service. All other employees are amazing but she is not.

As someone who previously worked here, I’m astounded by the lack of customer service now. Not a single hello from the two people standing by the cash desk (talking to each other…) while I was the only customer in the store at 1:15pm today. Went in with full intentions of purchasing a new pair of Vans slip ons (black & grey checker ones that are currently displayed on the octagon stands) and ended up just walking out. Super disappointed.

I went to the store today and had horrible experience. The customer service was so terrible that I feel bad about going to this store. 2 girls on the desk didn’t approach or offer to help. I requested them a pair of shoes for me to try on from the display and the girl threw the shoes at me which was very disrespectful. Journeys should either hire people with some manners or teach your employees how to treat others like human beings.

Disappointed with the lack of customer service I received here. The associate, Hannah, who was helping me (or was supposed to) didn't seem like she even cared to assist me when I was on the floor, and overall just had this disinterested and condescending demeanour almost like I was a burden coming in to buy shoes. I just went next door to foot locker to grab what I needed.

I visited store and I bought all star converse the Quality very very poor and 2 month ago i bought the shoe it’s broke up and they won’t replace even won’t refund .. I tried all the way to customer support they are not responding! I won’t refer my friends to go there and buy poor quality

I had a very bad experience with the store. The employees in there didn’t greeted us even I said Hi to them . They just looked away and I left the store within 1 minute and bought nothing. Train them how to interact with customers.

Just bought a pair of docs. The staff at this location were very helpful in finding the right size. They gave me helpful tips and were not pushy about purchasing. They made it a very comfortable environment.

Best London Shoe store. Snagged a nice pair of Converse high tops. Sold out at other stores. The team at this store is nice! They do a good job. Was happy to support them before the breaking down and going to the store beside them lol Great team, youth customer service type.

Picked up some Vans for a wedding this coming weekend. The manager and staff are really good for this store. I also picked up shoes for my niece and nephew and they were perfect. At some point I will get my niece her first pair of docs here when she’s a little older.

I have been going here for years and the staff never fails to be kind and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to help provide you with a good shopping experience. The service is excellent and the staff is well suited for their job.
