Went in for an oil change and to help get one of my lug nuts on as it wasnt going on properly. I reminded them twice. I got home and it was still half way on.
Also one of the staff yelled at me as I was leaving in my car for not going the right way. It was blocked but I had no idea. Very rude. Piccadilly location. Will not be going back.

The dealership said that my front brakes needed replacing on my car but it didn’t feel right given the age and Kms on the car. We decided to get a second opinion with Kal Tire when I swapped my snow tires. They showed all the data and photos that said the brakes were only in need of a service. Saved us around $800+. The staff is great. The service is fast and the online booking is really convenient. Highly recommend this group.

I am from Vancouver and my daughter is studying at Western University in London, Ontario. We drove her a car across and before doing so I was in touch with Craig at this particular Kal Tire location. He was super professional and informative about which, or whether tires I should purchase and why. I have been a loyal Kal Tire customer for many years and was extremely happy with The information Greg provided. He kept me informed and advised when the tires were in. After getting the new tires mounted, my daughter specifically called me to say that the entire team was extremely nice and approachable. They were willing to accommodate her coming in later on a Friday afternoon. I highly recommend this location and thank Craig and his team for the Superb service they are providing.

Oct 21/25 GO JAYS!!! Awesome KAL tire service 🥳 at Piccadilly location!!! Took me early and tire changeover is done! THANK YOU. SEPT 23 - Back at Piccadilly location - new windshield blades. Excellent Price and exemplary service. WINTER TIRE SALE IS AWESOME 😊Great service and reasonable pricing! I trust their recommendations and servicing completely. Very happy with customer service and quick flat repair at no charge! Kal tire’s guarantee for tire repairs is unmatched, they have also prorated my tires in the past when the flat couldn’t be repaired. No reason to buy tires anywhere else!

Thank you for your honesty in suggesting I get my windshield fixed prior the safety inspection appointment even starting. Luckily I was able to get a new windshield replaced at a Glass place in a few days then back to Kal Tire who squeezed me in for a safety appointment. This is no small task as the inspect duration is over an hour+ and very meticulous for the province regulations.
The staff at this location have outstanding customer service as well as very efficient with quality work done as quoted and on time.
Will definitely head back in the spring for tires!
