Meals are nice and filling. Some meals are horrible. Some are really good. Even my friends that aren't on keto enjoyed.Chicken jalapeno casserole was good. Chicken nuggets got thrown in garbage.Cheesecake was good, their chocolate bullets I didn't like at all. More affordable than people may think. Keto food is more expensive, but you eat less quantity.

First time coming here! I called because I made an online order that said it would take 2 hours so I called and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and informed me it was ready to pick up. Went and picked it up the same gentleman on the phone was there he was super nice. We got the lasagna and it was very good. Will definitely go back and try different things

My go to meal delivery plan for the last few months! The food is by far the freshest and best options I’ve ever had in a strictly keto meal plan. There is not one meal I haven’t liked. Portions are on point and if followed, keep you feeling full without the need of unnecessary starchy carbs or sugars. I recommend to everyone I know, it’s just that great! Thank you London Ketolybrium!!!

Been on a subscription since March and I have been losing weight slowly but steadily. So far, have lost 40lbs. Food is fabulous and tasty, though sodium is high. They rotate menus so subscriptions never get boring. I am very pleased with my subscription. Customer service can be slow but always kind, very professional and resolved. I highly recommend Ketolibrium.

Food is way too salty with way too much sodium; did not like the taste at all. I've contacted the customer service advising I am not satisfied with the product. No remedy/refund was provided. In addition, I have cancelled the subscription and was given a store credit instead of a refund. Why would I need a gift card for a store I do not like and cannot use???I do not recommend this store and do not recommend it's products.

Unfortunately, I have had to change my 5 star review on this company to a 1.
I have never wrote a 1 start review in my life, as I always feel the need to give companies feedback one on one and work to come to a successful resolution (which I tried here), but my comments have been consistently ignored by members of the customer support team (Madison and Michelle).
For the last month or so, the company has quit sending notifications when food is being delivered. This has resulted in two weeks worth of food being spoiled in the heat for me alone. I have raised concerns about this as soon as I could, and have been reassured it would be worked on and fixed, and it hasn't been resolved, or quite frankly, given any respectful level of attention by the members of the company i've spoken with. Even Dave, the delivery driver, wasn't aware this was occurring, so evidently, limited communication has been relayed to the correct members of the team.
I would strongly advise anyone seriously looking to spend money with this company to go with a different organization. The food is good, but in my opinion, it's coming with a price tag of stress and frustration that is not worth it at all.

Their cakes are very good for keto person but it's sizes are very small and too expensive.
