Greeted at the door by friendly staff, get the best fish and chips in London. Huge serving, everyone gets enough to eat.

Have not been in years truthfully We were a bit worried that the food may have changed after the passing of the original owner. I will say the food is exactly as I had remembered. Fish was crisp and meaty fries were hot, The slaw is till the Bomb And oh the potion size fantastic. We will be regulars for sure, without a doubt this will also be our Good Friday go to Keep it going you are doing it right

Truly incredible Halibut. Have now tried the Clam Strips and they are as good as what I've had in Nova Scotia AND Cape Cod. Great service, wonderful food.

Best fish and chips. A bit pricey for the halibut but worth it! Try their homemade tartar sauce, it’s delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

My boyfriend and I ordered the halibut fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce for takeout. We were supposed to be going to Ireland in a few weeks and were super excited to have fish and chips while on our trip. Due to COVID-19, our trip was cancelled but we were still craving the fish! We had read online that Kipp Lane has amazing fish and chips. We were NOT disappointed at all! The service was perfect, the staff were friendly and our food was ready on time. The batter was perfectly crispy, the fish light and fluffy, and the tartar sauce was decadent! The chips were also AMAZING. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Had fish & chips last night. Was very disappointed with the hard batter & "lardy film" left in my mouth. This never happened with the previous owner, Don't know what he used in his fryers but batter was always light & never left a film after eating

We like the food but everytime we come we end up waiting 15 minutes after the time it was promised for pick up. It's really quite painful

Being Scottish I love my Fish and Chips. I went here for the first time last week and was Incredibly impressed. The food is cooked in front of you so there is no questions about what you are getting. The lady in charge was very nice and a pleasure to buy from. The price was reasonable(I thought before eating).. On eating I was blown away. It was fresh tasty and sensational.. I can't wait to take the family and maybe make this a Friday night regular...

I like my fish and chips but have not been that adventurous in finding this meal. Read the on-line reviews and this seemed to be a good choice. Small sit down area, busy take out service. It is not licensed. Fish was fresh and hot, the fries were great but the creamy coleslaw was even better. Worth driving to the other side of the city.

We have been coming here for over 30 years. We haven’t lived in London for 20, but still stop in when we are in the area. Limited tables, but the whole meal is great hot out of the fryer. Suggest you try the oysters. Very friendly owner and staff. Thanks for another great meal!
