“Jill and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable about everything they carry and why the products they carry have been chosen. She and her staff will guid you in the right direction for all your needs. Her products and services are wonderful and Kristi is delighted with the cookware. I was delighted by the sale price! More importantly, the thoughtfulness of time taken one on one was deeply appreciated. I am grateful for the service and know Kristi will also enjoy the gift card too! Thanks for everything!”

“Courteous and knowledgeable staff and owner have always made us feel welcome throughout our shopping at Bath Depot, London. They listened to our needs and requirements, showed a wide range of products and provided the one we purchased with a pretty decent warranty. This was our 4th visit to the store, so to speak.”

“I take advantage of the sales by shopping on line. I choose the pick-up option, not only to have a chance to shop around while I'm there. Also, I enjoy speaking the lovely staff who are always helpful and knowledgeable. The experience is always great in store! Customer for life.”
