I bought a pair of bar stools, paid in advance.
The sales assistant told me the company had 11 at the warehouse in toronto and they were going to call me as soon as the stools were in London.Few days later call me and told the the stools were damage and I had to go to the store and get the refund.
Do you think 11 stools were damaged.
The excuse was the system fault.
No arguments ,I preferred to get my money back.

Always able to find what I needed. Employees are attentive and knowledgeable. Good selection of products. It's a bit far from my house, but that's just subjective.

I love this store! There's so much to look at if you're just wandering around or if you go in looking for something specific. They have a variety of tools and kitchenware. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I always look forward to coming here when visiting white oaks
