We had a great experience with Cindy looking for a sofa and matching chair for our living room. She was very helpful and attentive and both her and Faye were so great picking out fabrics and material. I would highly recommend asking for Cindy when visiting La-Z-Boy!

I received really good advice from Faye Banks on the design team to help me choose my custom dining furniture, colour scheme, fabric and area rug. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of my refreshed dining space. Faye also gave me great advice for paint selection at Benjamin Moore for my painting project. I am thrilled with the results of that too. Thank you, Faye, for sharing your expertise. Your thoughtful approach, and kind and helpful manner, is very refreshing and very much appreciated!

Such a large selection of excellent quality furnitureBoth my husband and I had been looking for new furniture for so long with us both having back issues. It was hard to find something that would fit both our needs. We didn't think we would ever find anything, until we met our sales associate Mackenzie, she went above and beyond to help us find the living room furniture to meet our needs. We Definitely recommend her if your looking for that right piece of furniture for your home.

Sheila our sales rep greeted us right away as we entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what type of chair we were interested in. She showed us a variety of chairs and explained each chair’s details thoroughly along with showing us the operation of each one and how it would benefit our needs. We did not feel pressured to buy in anyway. When we finally chose the right chair for us, Sheila went above and beyond to ensure we had the right fit and fabric as well. Thank you Sheila. We had a marvellous adventure picking out two power recliner love seats with Sales Consultant Jarod Hubbard recently. He was very knowledgeable and professionally answered all our questions. We know that La-Z-Boy furniture is very well made and will not only provide a fashion statement for our family room but also give us years of comfort. La-Z-Boy delivered us a defective recliner and the technician was unable to fix it during his 3 separate visits. After changing the foam, the technician told us that the problem would reoccur in a year due to the fabric, and it did! Customer service is dismissing the fact that only ONE of the two recliners purchased causes back pain for anyone sitting in the chair. The pain stems from the large gaping hole in the chair, as well as the wood and metal that protrudes when sitting on the chair which customer service deems as “normal behavior” and "normal compression" of the foam. Our old recliners were comfortable after 20 years which is normal for us, and not 2 months! There is no Canadian head office and the office in the USA only redirects the problem back to the same customer service rep!

Mackenzie Shaw was a real joy to deal with. She took great care in helping my 100yr old father find a suitable and safe chair that fit his needs perfectly. She went so far as to set up chairs near the front of the store so he did not have to wheel his walker around other furniture. She answered all of our questions and the very little she was unsure of she immediately went to the service desk to get accurate information. She even tried to help expedite delivery of the special order chair. We were so taken by her warmth and caring attitude. She went out of her way to keep us informed of the progress of the manufacture and shipping of the order from Tennessee. We would highly recommend Mackenzie Shaw and the LazyBoy store in London to anyone looking for a high quality product and personal, caring service.

Beware before you buy! We should have read the BBB reviews! Be aware that if you have a manufacturing defect in your recliner i.e. causing pain and safety concern like ours, there is no one to escalate the problem.Lazy Boy wasn’t able to fix our issue and is unwilling to address the initial problem reported two months after delivery! A technician came to service the recliners on three separate occasions and replaced the cushions which did not resolve the initial problem. The technician told us that there is an issue with the fabric and that the problem would reoccur within a year, which it did!We tried to follow up with customer service and they only deflect the problem, regardless that only ONE of our two recliners has a manufacturing defect as the problem couldn’t be permanently fixed. We were not able to find a head office in Canada to escalate the issue. We tried to escalate the issue to the USA head office only to be redirected to the same customer service personnel who continually dismisses our initial issue. We are told that our defective recliner is identical to our other recliner and the store model, and that this is “normal” behaviour! This is NOT true as we are currently only experiencing problems with only ONE of our two recliners. Normal for us is having a “built to last” recliner last 20 years and not experiencing back pain from it!Also, it was never disclosed at time of purchase that “maintaining comfort and appearance is reliant on regulating the unit” on our recliners, or we would never have purchased them. We purchased extended warranty but it won’t cover our issue as we are told that “simply” we “are unhappy with the foam”, but the foam can’t possibly be the issue as the foam was replaced. The problem appears to be a manufacturing issue with the fabric that doesn’t provide full coverage, and the issue reoccurred exactly as the service technician predicted.However, since Lazy Boy hasn’t been able to fix the defective issue by changing the foam and making adjustments, Lazy Boy tries to up sell us to a supposedly superior foam at our cost $$$$, with only a 30 day guarantee, yet the foam takes a good four months to settle! So we would need to buy foam for only one of our two chairs with the hope that it will buy us another temporary fix for that defective recliner. This doesn’t even make sense!One of our two recliners from Lazy Boy is clearly defective, causing back pain to the point of having to seek chiropractic care. The fabric and foam on one recliner does not fully cover the back of the recliner leaving a gap and causing it to cave in approximately 3” on the one side that isn’t fully supported. A pet or child’s hand, leg or foot can get caught and can cause potential harm due to the steel and hard wood construction that is directly in contact, due to the lack of coverage. However, Lazy Boy dismisses us by deeming the defect in only ONE recliner as “normal” behavior of the product”!

MacKenzie was absolutely fabulous for me when picking out my new couch. She explained everything really well, made sure I was taken care of along the way, and made sure everything went smoothly! Could not recommend her more as a sales rep, and I’m so glad I had the pleasure of working with her. She made the visit 5 stars for me!

Bought hall cabinet which arrived with a broken leg. Within 30mins of delivery I called, emailed, and visited LaZboy to alert them of the issue and request a replacement/refund.LaZboy refused to refund or replace, as casegood items are under a "repair only" policy. It has now been over two weeks, and I am still waiting for item to be repaired. I repeatedly asked for a refund since I did not even get a chance to use the item, but was repeatedly denied.I expected better when dealing with LaZboy, but I learned my lesson and will no longer be purchasing from this company.
