Am really a great fan of the products and today I went to the store to grab some items and introduce some to my friend and the staff gave me a really bad experience. She didn't even give a smile and when I told her not to do so she responded like how to give customer service . I felt really bad about that .

Love their products!! Great quality. Their scents are limited, but the amount of products they have per scent group is large. 4 stars only because I wouldn't recommend their candles, they don't burn very nice and tend to tunnel.

Dara was flawless. I manage the Miniso in the mall and i was blown away by her customer service. Absolutely phenomenal. Fantastic upselling without being pushy. Ive never left a store knowing when they were established before.. so knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing all in all
