Good service but poor beer selection. Lack of stouts in the winter, very little specialty beer and almost no rotation. It was nice they upgraded to a walk-in fridge in 2022. Wine selection is good and I appreciate that they are rotating new vintages into the store.

Super rude women on the phone in regards to a delivery. She should definitely not answer the phone if she isn't good at speaking with customers. No reason for the insane amount of attitude for a simple question.

I visit this store often and was thrilled when they FINALLY started putting more than just vodka based coolers in their coolers, yet every time I visit those shelves are empty now.
Last week when I visited, I found those same shelves bare again... And I am not seeing a bunch of empty boxes which leads be to believe they are just not restocking it. I walked around the store to see almost a dozen staff were present in the store, yet not one of them could make sure that section was stocked? It was a Friday, so they really should have been prepared. I even mentioned it to a couple of employees that didn't seem to be busy, yet no one actually did anything. I'm sick of the LCBO having this monopoly and since they're a union, these people aren't at risk of losing their jobs, so why do it well?

You're shooting yourself in the foot of you go on strike in July. You're just giving the Ford government justification to sell wine, beer and spirits in other places. You're not as valuable as you think you are.

Very good service and a great selection. It's a shame that the Ontario (Ford) Government is putting liquor in local stores, which will not help to curb addiction or help our broken health and education system.
