I had the best experience and pleasure of meeting Clint and Shylah(cutiest dealership puppy)! He showed me a great selection of vehicles and it was very hard to decide but his knowledge and expertise allowed me to make the best choice! Can’t recommend enough.

Purchased our 2nd VW vehicle from Clinton Smith. Phenomenal process, from lining up a test drive, to accommodating pick-up and explaining the process. Would HIGHLY recommend dealing with Clinton! And he has a pretty cool puppy too. Bonus star.

We went there to just look around and I ended up trading in my car for a VW! The experience was flawless! Very friendly staff everywhere, clean inside and out and the staff was very knowledgeable. We dealt with sales person Amrita Kiss…. Amazing person! I will definitely buy my next car from her! And Carlee in the finance dept was amazing to deal with as well! Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service. Leavens is a joke of a business, save yourself the headache by choosing any other dealership. Chris Leavens is running a corporate puppet show that changes their staff more than they change tires. Will never bring my car here again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could. I would rather buy an electric vehicle, have it die on the side of the road during a snow storm and have to walk everywhere for the rest of my life then to bring another car here for service and see Tony Zammit. Not sure how he got his job, but his customer service skills are zero.

Very disappointed with my experienceBrought my 2015 Jetta TDI in for some warranty work under the extended emissions warranty. Still had check engine light on after multiple scans.They told me that there was a "reference D" fault and that they needed more time to diagonse and that I'd have to pay for the hour of extra time it took however if it turned out to be a warranty problem I wouldn't have to pay anything so I said to go ahead...they concluded it was an electrical issue and that it was recommended I replace T60 harness which is main wire harness...estimated at $1500 not covered under warranty however they guaranteed it would solve my issue...I decline the repair as I didn't have the $1500 for this repair and the car was still running fine. I leave with a $240 bill...(1 hour labor and charged for a scan) even tho it was scanned while warranty work was done.Some time passes and I find Bugstop Automotive..I call them and explain my situation...I dropped it off on a Wed night...Thurs morning at 9:00am...(keep in mind they open at 8:00am) I get a call to say problem found....turns out it was a bad glow plug....$500 includes tax scan and labor which I was very happy with although now im into this for $740 when it should have been covered under the extended emissions warranty.I go back to Leavens with paperwork to prove that it was misdiagnosed and they tell me to contact VW Customer Support.I contact VW Customer Support and explain...they agree it was a mis-diagnosis and tell me unfortunately they can't do anything and that its between me and the dealer.I go back to Leavens again and tell them what was said...show them again my proof...I'm given the run around with multiple excuses how this could have caused it or that could have caused it...I say well the glow plug was replaced and no more check engine light on so in conclusion according to my paperwork and the fact there is no more check engine light on there is no question it was a bad glow plug and should have been covered under warranty.After at least an hour...service associate going back and forth between Service Manager and General Manager...I was verbally offered $140....the cost of a scan...I didn't decline or accept but said I'd leave a review about my experience. Was told to be careful or I might not get the $140. Still haven't gotten any compensation. That was January 8 2024....very disappointing service

Good dayI wanted to give my 2 cents on my experience. I knew early I wanted a VW so I contacted multiple dealers for the best price, but what I was really looking for was which salesman was going to be my contact and go to for this purchase. I have 9 years of sales & negotiating experience myself and I put my stamp on Robert Logie as the guy to buy from.My experience at Leavens VW was fantastic. Robert nailed professionalism: easy to contact, quick to reply, very friendly and showed sense of humour, empathetic, great listener, smiles, finds answers if he's not sure of the answer to my questions, and overall was a stellar salesman.I can say with great confidence that Robert should be your go to guy to buy a VW in 2020 and forward. As long as you look for Robert, I'm sure you'll be happy with your purchase and look forward to going back.Great job Robert, Crush it in 2020Best Regards

Had a great experience with Miranda and Abby about our first car. They will not pressure you in making your own decision on buying your car and they are very responsive to all my inquiry thru email and call. If you are looking for a brand new or even used car, I recommend Miranda and Abby of Leavens Volkswagen. They are really professionals.

If I could give zero stars I would.Where to begin… possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.Here are few things you can expect at Leavens:1. Not doing the actual service you booked your car in for:Needed speak plugs replaced, only they didn’t have the parts or couldn’t source them so when I go to pick up my car the works isn’t done. This was after I booked the service a week in advance and they had the car the entire day 8:30-4:30, still couldn’t find the parts somehow? All I got were excuses on why this was missed.2. Leaving your car unlocked with the keys in it for 5 days:Re-booked my spark plug service for the following week, I had to travel so I told the booking coordinator I would leave the car at the dealer (early flight) and put the keys in the lockbox. Well the lockbox was either locked or frozen so I thought the best thing to do was leave the keys in the car and advise the booking coordinator that I had done this. She replied back to my email thanking me for letting her know. Fast forward 5 days to me getting home and picking it up… only to find the car parked exactly where I left it with the work not done and the car still open and the keys still in it.When I go into the dealer to voice my frustration all I get is confused looks. I really couldn’t believe what had happened so I told them to delete my profile and I’ll go somewhere else.Please don’t give your hard earned money or time to Chris Leavens, he doesn’t deserve it. His leadership clearly signals a complete lack of accountability or professionalism. He owns other car brands so I would steer clear of them as well.
