Went in for some new jeans. Kat helped me out and was super nice and helpful. Lots of different options when it came to styles and washes, and they seem to have a lot of inventory for different sizes so there’s a good chance you’ll find yours. Overall I was very pleased with my first visit here and I would return in the future.

Bought my partner a pair of 501s for their Christmas gift and when they attempted to return the pants in store for a different size they were informed that they wouldn't accept them due to "damage" on the pants. Said damage would have been there prior to our purchase and when we explained this to the associate we were told that we were lying and the pants "wouldn't have been sold to us in this condition" the damage is literally identical on both sides of the the pants and I have no idea how we would have done it ourselves. The pants were not unfolded by the associate that sold them to me and I wrapped them as is because I didn't expect them to be DAMAGED. Their return policy states that they take return and damaged items but then they pull this? Absolutely unacceptable and sickening. The phoneline wasn't able to assist with the return as they only handle online orders but informed me that they should have been returned. This is soo discouraging as a loyal customer.

Drove an hour to the store to purchase a gift certificate for a Christmas present and once there was informed they don’t have gift certificates. Levi’s has been selling jeans for 100 years not to mention it’s 2023 what pathetic store in this day and age doesn’t have gift certificates. I will go anywhere else but Levi’s to purchase. Seriously wake up

I was at Levi’s on the Sunday after Black Friday, and I was hoping to find a specific pair of jeans. There was a girl managing the dressing rooms named Palak, and she was super sincere and efficient with helping me find them! I had shown her photo inspiration and she was extremely competent in determining my size and desired fit! I had been worried about staying too long after the official closing time, as well as spending too much money, but she dispelled my worries by tirelessly offering and encouraging me to try on different pairs of jeans that were close to what I had in mind and shared that I also had a discount as a student! I had almost given up at the end, but due to her genuine help, I was able to find a pair of jeans that I was looking for!!

I’m not the type to write reviews but I’m amazed by the customer service today. I went in not intending on buying anything. But an employee really helped me out with the sizes and styles. She was a young blonde woman and she was incredible. She was very positive and actually lifted my mood up. The cashier also was incredible. All in all just great customer service when I went.

Love the fit of these jeans and quality, which always lasts. Staff was super helpful. Store is now on the first floor near the food court.

On Google it says that it’s open but they closed this store. We came specifically for this store to only find out it’s closed update your info. Please. Not sure if it’s opening at another location in Masonville.

The shopping experience deserves higher than 2 stars. The staff was helpful and honest about the jeans stretching as you wear them, that is very true! The pricing and sale was confusing. I thought I was buying a pair of jeans on sale for around $50, with tax they rang up to $80 even. I'm not complaining since the tag says OG price is $118. They get TWO STARS because the high-end "quality " jeans are made with nickle buttons that has caused a reaction on my skin. Extremely disappointing!!

I had a great experience at the Levi’s store yesterday. Awesome customer service. The girl helped me pick out jeans, took my exchange back and was overly helpful and kind. I don’t leave many reviews but thought one was in need when the service is extraordinaire.

Let’s just say Trinity and Brook are two absolutely awesome people. I think anyone who visits will enjoy both these wonderful ladies. They were making my night out shopping fun, instead of the standoffish attitude you find in malls a lot, but also done in a very charismatic, professional way. These two ROCK!!Great store, great clothes (especially knowing the history of Levi’s), and great people working there. I’ll be back!!

Wanted to buy 100% cotton Jeans: after gentle staff "persuaded" me to try a little different model of pants "just longer", which i bought, back home by doing first washing, i realised: 1/3 material is lyocell, so "artificial" and not comparable by prime, durability and comfort.So i thought, i got 20% plus off for next shopping by receipt, but in fact they offered me 10%. I send feedback online, but no answer! I'm through with this "fabolous levis", they done everything wrong, except: selling things people do not want.Do not trust them! Hope it helps, hania
