“Spencer and his team at wine kits are great. I am making mine at home and am able to get all that I need from him there. Whether in person or on the phone they are able to let you know whats in stock or get things in and call you when they are ready to be picked up which works for me.”
“Their wine making is superb. I have been a customer for 3 years plus (if memory serves me correctly). The staff is so approachable and pay attention to the details. The thought of buying wine from the LCBO is a non starter. I will always be a patron of Danny's beer and wine.”

“This location is where I had bought my first beer over 12 years ago.This particular beer store was perfect as I remember it being for many years w/ excellent staff, selections both on shelf and in cooler, hours & accessibility.Then something happened and everything kept changing, even before covid came crashing in. “Black Fly Beverage Company Inc is excellent!!! Everyone that I came into contact with were very helpful with the unloading and loading process! Very professional and great customer service skills. Tankers just turn into the parking lot from the traffic light, go all the way back and towards your right you will see containers and tankers … park to the left (Do Not Block roadway) and then ring the doorbell on the fence.. it’s kind of difficult to see.. they will come to you and show you where and what to do.”
“Small by current LCBO standards, the Byron location nonetheless has a great selection of products that seem popular with the neighborhood. Small commitment to Ontario craft beers, so not a location to head to if that's your mission. Helpful and efficient staff.”
“Good service but poor beer selection. Lack of stouts in the winter, very little specialty beer and almost no rotation. It was nice they upgraded to a walk-in fridge in 2022. Wine selection is good and I appreciate that they are rotating new vintages into the store.”
“I arrived to the store while there were no other customers. Since it was quiet, the fella who helped me was outside cleaning up the parking lot. I told him it looked great. Inside the store he recognized I had come ill-prepared (was having a rough day). He helped me out by counting some of the empties I had since I was struggling. Then, when I couldn't figure out the total amount I had, he was patient with me and helped me find out what I could afford. Customer service like this is rarely matched and I want to highlight the employees in the store today. Just wish I grabbed his name. (Tall guy w beard)”

I have been bottling wine there with various girlfriends over the years. The environment is spotless, friendly, cheery and laid back. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!!
In my opinion they are both very smart business people.
All of the we have bottled it has been exactly as it was described.
On the fun side they can make any label that you bring to them along with various colors for your topper.
They are so lovely to work with.
Not to mention all of their staff is just as lovely and helpful as they are.
( I'm not dismissing the other stuff by any means as they've all been helpful ) But my friends and I have dealt with Miss Holli the most. She is very professional, helpful, laid back and can joke around which is really nice.
I would strongly recommend them to anybody. I actually have a friend that is getting married soon enough and I highly recommended you guys for her wines.
