“This location is where I had bought my first beer over 12 years ago.This particular beer store was perfect as I remember it being for many years w/ excellent staff, selections both on shelf and in cooler, hours & accessibility.Then something happened and everything kept changing, even before covid came crashing in. I still believe it's corporate's doing, but will continue my patronage at the great London Ontario's Huron/Adelaide (@ The Plaza) BS retail branch.”

“Small by current LCBO standards, the Byron location nonetheless has a great selection of products that seem popular with the neighborhood. Small commitment to Ontario craft beers, so not a location to head to if that's your mission. Helpful and efficient staff.”

“Really, it is an LCBO store so not much to say about it. Clean, convenient, pretty busy as it serves the downtown London area. Note that this location closes a bit earlier than most, so best to check the hours.”
“Rating a beer is not the norm I'm sure but the selection is vast and always being replenished. Very cheerful staff and they even asked me if I needed help loading my vehicle.”
“I arrived to the store while there were no other customers. Since it was quiet, the fella who helped me was outside cleaning up the parking lot. I told him it looked great. Inside the store he recognized I had come ill-prepared (was having a rough day). He helped me out by counting some of the empties I had since I was struggling. Then, when I couldn't figure out the total amount I had, he was patient with me and helped me find out what I could afford. Customer service like this is rarely matched and I want to highlight the employees in the store today. Just wish I grabbed his name. (Tall guy w beard)”
“Good little student pub. We were there for lunch on a Sunday when everything else on campus was closed. If you're looking for the burgers, wraps etc. bypass the long line at the coffee and bagel counter and the front and head further into the restaurant to find the hot food counter.Buffalo chicken fingers and falafel wrap were both yummy!”
“Good food when the cooks are tentative but hit or miss 1/2 the time I can't tell if it's overcooked or stale. Very inconsistent with ingredients like green onion. I would rather it not on the menu than be what I would call ripped off because they don't bother substituting or throwing in a can of pop or something as a gesture in good faith for their customers”

“Spencer and his team at wine kits are great. I am making mine at home and am able to get all that I need from him there. Whether in person or on the phone they are able to let you know whats in stock or get things in and call you when they are ready to be picked up which works for me.”
