“there was an older woman on the cash register around 5pm on april 1, I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet and has wonderful customer service, she complimented my perfume and I had a lovely interaction with her. ( if she sees this, the scent was “sticky dates” body spray by LUSH.)”

“Good local Alcona location. Plenty of wine selection. Parking in the lot can be contested with cars often coming in from several sectors at the same time. Park well away from the doors for less trouble.”

I have been bottling wine there with various girlfriends over the years. The environment is spotless, friendly, cheery and laid back. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!!
In my opinion they are both very smart business people.
All of the we have bottled it has been exactly as it was described.
On the fun side they can make any label that you bring to them along with various colors for your topper.
They are so lovely to work with.
Not to mention all of their staff is just as lovely and helpful as they are.
( I'm not dismissing the other stuff by any means as they've all been helpful ) But my friends and I have dealt with Miss Holli the most. She is very professional, helpful, laid back and can joke around which is really nice.
I would strongly recommend them to anybody. I actually have a friend that is getting married soon enough and I highly recommended you guys for her wines.
