  I work at the Winerack at Oxford and Hyde park. A customer a few week ago now left a BMW key fob at our store. I called London Luxury Cars and they said they could scan it and get it back to owner and said they would send someone to pick them up. No show still. Not good customer service.

  Porsche London Ontario Canada told me they would refund the deposit no questions asked.. I was in the planning phase of purchasing a Porsche Boxster but their "policy" was to take a deposit before offering any help at all... Now they are going to keep the deposit and might charge me extra for not purchasing the car I only inquired about.. stay classy Porsche.. I guess you need that $500 more than I do
