Rona hardware store, where I go in for a single lightbulb and emerge hours later, looking like a contestant on a home improvement game show! It's the place where your shopping list starts as "duct tape" and ends up as a novel-length saga of DIY ambitions. I swear, their power tool aisle is like the entrance to Narnia; once you step in, you're in a whole new world of "I definitely need a chainsaw for this small tree branch." Rona, where weekend warriors become accidental lumberjacks! ?️ ?

All of their lanes were closed, except the self check out. Once the female associate arrived to watch me scan my items, I asked her if employee's receive an employee discount, she responded, yes we do. I then asked her if I would receive the same discount. She was confused and asked me why? I explained that I, the customer, was forced to check myself out while the paid employee watched me do their job. Absolutely pathetic! Last time I will ever be back. With Amazon being so convenient, I try to make purchases in multiple places to keep competitive pricing and local jobs. Do better!

Liam was in the garden section and was the most helpful Lowe's employee I have ever dealt with (and I visit all locations around London often). He was top notch, very knowledgable, and respectful. He improved my shopping experience at Lowe's, so I would keep/promote this guy!!

Very poor customer service. Sales associate was so lazy, would't even bother to help us find product. Sent us to the service desk. No wonder Lowes in Canada will be rebranded back to Rona.

Poor service and selection! We went in for 2 items so 9 staff later and waiting an hour for sale items that were high in the rafters, we finally got to leave. Craig the manager on duty was of zero assistance! But once the product we were looking for was located… Craig asked who’s initials were in the skid and made a comment to my husband that at least he knew who’s going to answer for this? But don’t find a forklift driver or apologize to us the customer! Just walk away and leave young people stranded! Poor poor poor service, we will be going to Home Depot now! We should have anyway!

Been waiting over a year and a half for a retractable screen replacement of a replacement. (The first replacement arrived damaged and months late also )Given the run around multiple times with my delivery date with most recently June 29th it was supposed to be in.. still waiting.Would not recommend buying anything from Lowe's but definitely not something that is carried only by Lowe's since getting parts is impossible.Update: still waiting, got a call (July 13th) saying it will be another month.. we will see.

I will update this review if I have a better experience here but… I love most Lowes and being that this one is fairly new I thought it would be awesome!!But they didn’t have anything we needed (we easily got next door at Home Depot)We were never asked if we needed any assistance even though there were more staff than customers…When we did ask ourselves they showed us that the product wasn’t there…Which in the end I was happy about because it was a few hundred dollars cheaper at Home Depot…So good luck ? on your next trip here!

Was here last weekend, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Looked they hadn't been cleaned in days. Also, the prices have increased so much in comparison to other places, so we will be taking our business back to Home Depot.

I live in another corner of the city with another Lowes that is closer, but I've always liked coming here. They seem better stocked and better staffed. Recently found the 1½" x 1" PVC reducing bushing in the pipe fitting section that was unavailable in the first 4 or 5 places I shopped. Why didn't I come here first...or even second ?

Excellent service......Bob, the front loader went above and beyond this morning !! Purchased a bunch of perineals and they were bone dry due to our massive spring heat wave. The 1st sales fella in the garden center blew me off when I asked for a bit of water for them til I got back home, then until I ran into sales associate, Bob, he took me right over to to water area and even helped !!! Who does that anymore ? Thanks, Bob, you made my day !

Working with the team at the Pro Desk for our deck project and they are AMAZING. They are so accommodating, flexible and helpful. We’ve had a few changes to our order and different issues come up and they have helped us with no issues and a great attitude. So thankful for Mac, Andy and Rocco!

Stock returning a little. Still tough to find quality boards in lumber. Only self scan checkout? that I could find. Minimal staffing of course. The store is clean and well organised and the staff that were on duty were friendly and helpful. Still a good store.

I am logging a formal complaint against the worker named Moise.I was contacting customer service in order to see if the pick up option could be changed because my grandmother ordered a portable air conditioner and is unable to pick it up due to her being older and not able to carry it and driving is not an option for her I let her know I could pick it up and come set it up if the order could be changed to myself picking It up. The customer service representative I spoke to was rude and kept telling myself to cancel the order it isn't that complicated and from a customer stand point I found this very offence we We're just looking for an alternative method on being able to pick it up. Or even it being changed to delivery which would still be an issue as she can not carry that inside her apartment but at least that is another option. I also have no way to cancel the order with anything I have been sent under my email and when asked for help to cancel the order Moise disconnected from the chat I let them know they were being rude and I will not be taking my business here anymore due to it. I'm at a loss for words on how Lowes can let their customer service representatives be this rude to paying customers. Helping customer should be there number 1 priority working in the customer service business myself I am astonished at how I was just treated. I hope to see action being taken with your customer service representative as this is not acceptable from any view point.I have also have message proof of this conversation if needed. This is unreasonable

My husband and I went to purchase some additional tiles for our bathroom renovation. A gentleman by the name of Hank stopped to ask us if we needed assistance. We told him our measurements so he confirm if we had enough boxes needed. He then helped find appropriate tile for our shower base. Super knowledgeable and so helpful. Great customer service Hank!
