Staff is incredible and attend to all of their guests; they are efficient and super helpful. Whenever I visit this location I’m greeted with a smile. I highly recommend visiting this store!!

I bought a pair of shorts in July & they are already ripped for no reason. I was told when I bought them I could return them if they rip, any reason I might add, but they would not take them back. I wasted $64!! The quality clearly is cheap and would never buy anything from here again.

Store is great, employees not so much. Had an employee OFFER to hold a bag for me at the counter since online pick up was not working. Told them I had to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. I arrived 3 hours later to find out they didn't hold the bag, and it had been sold. Complete waste of my time, effort and gas. The store gave me no solid resolution to the problem. Told me to order it online, no discount code for the inconvenience, nothing. Please lululemon, train or hire new staff at this location!

I love the pants, and the employees were great. However I bought the pants last month and they have already ripped for absolutely no reason I’ve had 2 pairs rip. You are paying for the brand not the quality.

Employees are incompetent and rude. You chose to be a minimum-wage retail worker. Don’t take your unhappiness out on the customers paying your wage.

Extremely busy in the store as it was one hour before close and the worker were all smiles and helping. Just needed to try some clothes on for sizing and felt in no rush and workers were friendly and have great customer service skills. The workers were efficient and managed their positions well

This store was my go to place whenever I need to buy lululemon merchandise. Staffs were approachable, helpful and friendly. So, last Saturday I went to return an align lululemon pants because of pilling. I was entertained and helped immediately and was advised to change my aligns to wunder train especially if I used my pants for going out & running outdoor. The guy who helped me was amazing eventhough he was new. The cashier is accomodating too. I am happy with the purchase I made and also that my pants were exchanged. Will be back again for sure. Kudos to your team.

You actually don't have to pay here, everything is free. They won't stop you or call the police. It is a great policy.

The absolute worst experience in this store. Mich and Eva thought we walked out of the store without paying for the items that we got. Instead of approaching us nicely, they stared at us the entire time as if we actually stole from the store. My husband then approached them to ask if there was a problem and even had the audacity to ask “did you pay for the item?” They do this instead of asking the cashier or any of their colleagues who helped us. Eva was even laughing during the entire confrontation. Never coming back. Been a loyal customer for years. But this is unacceptable.

earlier today I went in this, Lululemon in Masonville Mall, and I witnessed one of the cashiers be very rude to this elderly woman who was paying in cash. He kept talking to her with so much attitude, and clearly not respecting his elders. She was confused that she didn’t get all of her change back he proceeded to yell at her and tell her that she did get all of her change back, and he gave it to her from his till. I was very startled to see this as I was waiting in line and I had never gotten a friendly vibe from this environment before almost every time I walk in I get judged, and the staff roll there eyes at you.

As a visitor in London walked into the store looking for some yoga gear. Had an extremely joyful conversation with gym about yoga and studios in town once he found that I am new to town. Very knowledgeable and helpful in all the products. Made me feel welcomed in the store. Really enjoyed my time shopping there and will definitely go back to shop for more gear.

I absolutely love my lululemon but I have to say this is not a very welcoming or friendly store. I attend this store frequently but almost every time I go not one staff member greets you. When you ask someone for assistance you get an eye roll or frustrated sigh that you want help. Before Christmas I was in looking for the wonder coat ($400) and I wanted to ask a few questions. Not one staff member wanted to help. I left and purchased online instead. Two weeks ago I wanted to purchase from the Softstream line. Matching pants and bottoms and no one would assist me. I went to try the pants on only to have the attendant roll her eyes at me. Honestly this store needs to make changes or post the clients your interested in cause clearly I don’t meet the bar and many others don’t either judging by the comments I’ve read below.

Very clean and esthetically pleasing store. Staff are ridiculously friendly and willing to help. Last visited on a Saturday afternoon and the line ups to try clothes on and to cash out, were rather long. Be prepared to exercise some patience and understanding if visiting on a weekend.

Such a bad experience. Purchased a $145 gift card and arrived home with it being a 0$ balance. Have emailed this store multiple times and no response. They don’t have a direct phone number to contact them either. No one has been able to or has even tried helping me. I have been shopping at Lululemon for the past 10 years, i’m disappointed and feel cheated by such a large brand.
