Tired of coming here at night with the front door locked being told I have to wait 30 minutes to come in. This is a 24/7 store with lack of store employees.. The drink machine should be always available,none of this I need to clean it.. This store needs better employees or management. I come here 3/4 nights a week and can not get in due to “so called maintenance “ or cleaning or the system is down. Do Better Circle K!

The cashier named “Rakesh” is so egoistic, arrogant and unpleasant person. I wanted a starbucks vanilla Frappuccino which was price labelled at 4.68 or 4.97 I went to the counter to purchase that and the price went up to 7.89 which was ridiculous I asked the reason behind why it was so high then labelled price? The guy said some customers must have changed the labels I again went back to check if that was the case it wasn’t. The name of the product was written on the barcode. This doesn’t matter to me. I brought this to his attention and he replied with I can’t do this now

The condescending attitude, arrogant demeanor, and self-important behavior of the Indian male employee at the cashier, along with the dismissive way he responds to questions, have become increasingly upsetting. As long as he continues to work there, I have no intention of purchasing fuel or doing any kind of shopping at this location again. I feel extremely uncomfortable whenever I have to come here. They had a gas discount promotion with employees outside beckoning customers to come buy the gas; however they did not advise that you must prepay inside to get the discount.

Normally they have great staff. I went there today mon, feb, 19th 7:05am the guy was rude. When i told him i was having trouble understanding him. Then I asked to redeem some of my PC points towards my purchase. He had no idea how to do that. He could scan my card and tell me my balance. But thats it. Then when i asked for a bag he wanted to charge me 50 cents. Clearly needs more training.

The employees are Very nice! when i don't have enough change they always let it off and the costumers! They have all the stuff i need and i go to it frequently since its nearby my house. I would give it a 5 star but the prices are very high! for 1 chocolate bar it costed $5.58 But its still excellent costumer service.

Don’t stop there for a hot drink for your drive. They don’t supply lids for the cups.Couldn’t care less if it spills all over you and burns you.Oh and the baked goods are stale. Don’t buy them.
