There were errors in almost everything they did.
They lack attention to detail and commitment.

Very bad experience! The car came out of the auto wash with the rear bumper dragging on the ground held by the parking aid sensors, the guys tried to out it back in place but they missed up one on the sensors and the kept the towing wiring harness under the exhaust tip. My son called the manager and all he did is he hang up on him and never picked up the call and the guys at the office asked him to leave! What a bad management and experience & I’ll never go back there!

Most of the machines are out of order .staff has less knowledge of car maintenance. They charge me for tire cleaning but later I found tire has no shine .waste of money.

Brought my car in first thing in the morning was the only car there… was told it would be 45-50 minutes. When I returned they weren’t working on my car it was an hour and a half and they were rushing to complete it. Have been coming here for a few years but with the increase in price and lack of attention to detail I won’t be coming back. Some parts of my car were not even touched and I payed for the “superior” package. Very disappointed in today’s service.

V bad wash got basic wash here but the water pressure is low n either thy slow down the wayer soap is always ther on my side wnidow n dryer drys it..poor rail to put your car on entrance edge is sharp it can cut your tire u hv to watch every time
