Online ordered for in store pick up. All communication recei ed quickly to confirm order, pick up details. Staff directed me to the customer service desk where I picked up quickly and was out the door. Product was correct.

If you need anything from Mark’s this Hyde Park store is the location to go to. Very knowledgable and kind staff. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to this store for that reason. I called Black Friday weekend with a relatively stupid question and they picked up on the first ring, answered my question and was super knowledgeable. Great staff, great parking, clean and tidy store.

I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased two trousers and two shirts from the store on May 20. Since my size wasn’t available in-store, they placed an online order for home delivery. However, they failed to include my apartment number in the address, which caused a delay. The delivery was supposed to arrive within three working days, but it didn’t.
On May 28, I followed up to find out why I hadn’t received my items. That’s when I discovered that UPS couldn’t deliver the package because the apartment number was missing. I then provided the correct address, including the apartment number, and was told to expect delivery by May 29 or 30 at the latest.
However, on May 30, I received a message saying the delivery couldn’t be completed and that I had to collect the package from a nearby UPS store. I went to pick it up myself, only to find that once again the sizes didn’t fit. I returned to the store to return the items, which they accepted as they hadn’t been used or opened.
What disappointed me even more was that throughout this entire experience—nearly 10 days of waiting and inconvenience—not a single apology or expression of regret was offered by the staff. The complete lack of accountability left me genuinely shocked.

Once again went in hoping to find some work clothes..no sizes for me in work pants..no sizes for me in work boots..no customer service at all..gave up I'll order online..hope they close this store..corporate gift card as well..haven't been given discounts on purchases in past..Any type of customer service would have gladly spent $400-$500 today..
